I have been using Dr. Lisa to take care of my fur babies for the last 20 years! She is so sweet and very knowledgeable. Her staff is great as well. I would HIGHLY recommend West Mobile Veterinary Clinic! You will not find anyone who will take care of your fur babies like Dr. Lisa ❤️

The place was extremely clean, (you know how some vets smell like wet dog, not here). There is a waiting side for dogs and 1 for cats, making it easier on our fur babies. Dr Lisa was so kind, compassionate, and gentle with my girl who was terrified. Willow is severely allergic to fleas and poor girl was covered with sores from them even though she's on flea meds. Dr Lisa got her started on antibiotics and allergy meds and all I need to do in the future is call for refills unless she needs another steroid shot. Not the cheapest around but by the time you drive to the cheapest, spend time and gas you'll find this is a much better value all the way around. Plus I find it's the cleanest, well kept location. Thank You Dr Lisa and Staff, your all amazing!! My Willow.

You can only buy your pets prescriptions in office if it's not offered through this vets online website pharmacy (which is almost twice the price you can find at multiple other online pet medication websites). No ordering from any other place will be approved. This vet office obviously cares more about putting money in their pocket than the pet themselves if they will not give you (the pet owner) a prescription to use anywhere else, even if it's to save yourself a good bit of money.

Called this Vet Clinic in an emergency situation and they were rude, uncaring and very unprofessional. I explained to them that my cat of 11 years, which is my son, not an animal, had been attacked by 2 dogs in the middle of the night and I needed someone to check him because i could tell that something was wrong with his hind quarters. They quickly explained to me that they closed at 12:00 and that I would need to contact someone else. (Sat morning) Wow, I thought that surely they would be a little more compassionate than that! I guess the all mighty dollar is more important than an injured animal, after all, HE'S JUST A CAT RIGHT!!!! I wouldn't take him to this clinic now if you paid me in advance!

Dr. Lisa and Asst. Jeremy did a wonderful job on my "Big Girl" Molly a Maine Coin Cat!Her visit was calm and her issue taken care of quickly.I have found a caring Vet in Dr. Lisa.

I just went there recently and got all 3 of my kittens seen, same day! The Dr. I seen was absolutely amazing and her assistant was equally as amazing! They were welcoming and it was an overall wonderful experience.
