The owner Jim has given us the run around and was a real smart ssa he was very argumentative and for him to be local not good to work with. This shouldn't have taken two weeks and he would process or has one of his staff promise to do something then myself or Provider would have to call back and the argument started again. This is why you shouldn't deal with small locally owned and operated business!!!!!!!!!! I am going to make it my business to bash this company with everyone who comes into our doctors office.Part 2 He speaks in response that no one else wanted to deal with my business. Thats a lie I only told him another company Sign Pro was slow getting back to us. Take a look at all his reviews and they talk about unprofessional this man is. When youre a business owner you only have your word. If youre so busy but took time to write a whole paragrah to bash me, then it seems you dont have enough customers. When youre closed down and i pass by everyday I will have a smile on my face. We wish you well Jim i hope you feel great about yourself!

Sign Source and their staff are awesome. They are very talented, pleasant, and professional. They made 2 Pet Memorial Plaques for me. They are beautiful and captured my fur babies perfectly. I am so proud of them and they are displayed on the mantle of our fireplace in my living room. It is the perfect way to remember your fur baby. You won't be disappointed. If there was a 10 star review I would give them a 10. Give them a call.

Sign Source does great work. They truly do. For a place that boasts their continuing business "since 1989", I expected better. The management is the real problem here. Jim Green, the owner, is very unprofessional and their graphic designer never seems to want to be at work, so I could only imagine the amount of work that actually gets done there. Prices are decent, but materials are made of cheap Chinesium, so you get what you pay for. I'd only recommend this place for the work they do, but this place desperately needs better management. Not a bad source for signs, but there are much better options in the Mobile area!

Our experience with Sign Source has been very good. The turnaround time was quick, quality of the product very good, and when there was a miscommunication on our end the manager helped to fix the issue quickly.

Ordered business cards from here and they looked great! Turnaround was quick and they have a top notch designer. Everyone I met was friendly and quick to help me with my order. They updated me promptly when my order was ready to pick up. My wife, who crafts candles for The Candle Co., used Sign Source for her labels and they looked great. They were able to print and cut 800 decals and have them ready for pickup the same day.

Absolutely love this shop! They print the labels for my candle company and are incredibly efficient and professional. I was able to get 800 labels printed, cut, and ready for pickup within 1 day of me ordering. 11/10 would recommend!
