The Royal Pharmacy is a full service drugstore in a beautiful old historic building. The building actually attracted our attention but the folks working there were so nice and personable that we ended up spending a bit of time there. The store is packed with nice items of a very wide variety. Cosmetics, candles, gifts the selection is great. A really nice store to stop into and browse.

When I visited some years ago the people who worked their were so friendly. They helped me find medicine for my daugbter. The reason I am writing now is because of a card holder I have on my phone from Royal. I got it when I visited at least five years ago for my nephew's beautiful wedding. Anyway I decided to see if Royal is still around as I take off my worn out cedit card holder off of my phone. Hope to find another one that last this long. I will never forget Royal, moon pies and my sweet nephew with his beautiful family.

Awesome attention given to us as new customers. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. The corner store brings back the nostalgic feeling of past times when customer service was personal and everyone knew the pharmacist.

I wouldn’t dream of using another pharmacy since switching to Royal Pharmacy. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate my family while we adjust to limited transportation and time constraints of new parenthood. I’ve told everyone I know to use Royal and absolutely consider it a Mobile staple.

These folks are so very friendly you'll think you're in Mayberry. On top of that they are all very knowledgeable and willing to help in anyway. They sure give everyone the royal treatment at Royal Street Pharmacy ?

I was vacationing in Mobile and having terrible allergies, plus my husband was adamant he needed nail clippers. While walking near the convention center I saw this pharmacy. It is old time service! They helped me find allergy medicine, Tylenol, those coveted nail clippers and were just as kind as could be. The woman even told me she really hoped this help me get some relief from the allergens. If I return for the convention next year and need something I know where the best pharmacy is.
