Me and my husband went in here to get him a phone. The worker was nice but she couldn't help us at all. I don't know if she was knowledgeable of what we were asking her but she sent us to another metro PCs. I won't be back.

The experience I haa with the staff is family oriented and friendly. The manager (Tootie) and her staff are well knowledgeable of their products and shows confidence in their work making them dominant in this business. If I had to say I will recommend this location 50x over....keep up the great work guys.

Georgi sold us a phone for full price after advising we were not eligible for an upgrade. The phone was a piece of junk. The next day we went back to get a refund and was told that they could not refund us. She took us outside to speak with us privately and told us that if we spoke to her manager it would get her fired. We still have not been allowed to speak to a manager. This company is worthless.

The people who work here clearly doesn’t know how to follow directions. I came in with my device and I specifically asked for a 50$ plan. Had no problem paying for activation or my SIM card. I told Ms Tootie Footie (which was on her name tag) that I didn’t need ANYTHING extra. They tried to force me to buy a case when I told them I didn’t need it! So they tried to add a charger( anything to get commission)! I didn’t need that. So at the end of the transaction she is telling me that my bill will be 59$ per month. I asked her how Is that? It’s suppose to be 50$ FLAT! This lady added insurance to MY phone, which I already got covered. It’s not that I didn’t have the money I have worked for metro pcs for years and they always try to get over. I definitely would have respected it if she asked if I wanted anything extra. Moral of the story is don’t let anybody trick you into paying more. Commission there isn’t even that’ll worth doing all that. 3/10 would not recommend this store! Honesty is the best policy period.

Was told today they are not Metro PCS and they are Jiffylube. I informed the gentlemen who answered the phone the needed to inform Google. He replied back "they have and at this point it is no longer their problem"

The worst possible!All of the stores here in mobile are worse than bad. There is no way to call a store let alone get ahold of a manager. Try to call a store before you go. Wait! you can't! None of the listed phone numbers are in service. That's the kind of service you will get. They literally steal! They say your paying for a plan and really they add accessories you never even looked at and don't give you the service you think your paying for. Don't waste your time or money they will steal from you! Order online. Metro is awesome these stores are not!

Their service was spotty at best and the actual telephone is a lemon. I'm so upset, I can't talk about it, and I have called for help and gone to the actual store for assistance.
