Earlier this week, I visited the Joe Bullard Acura service department for scheduled maintenance on my Acura RLX. Once again, George Sliman and Cameron Jones provided excellent, honest, professional, courteous customer service. When it came time a couple of years ago to purchase a new car, buying another Acura was an easy decision in large part because of the confidence I have in the service department at Joe Bullard Acura.

We have been using Joe Bullard Acura Service for several years to maintain our very nice well maintained Acura RDX. George Sliman has always been very professional and treated us like family. He has been honest and straightforward in explaining all that is needed without any high pressure sales. I also had the opportunity to meet Cameron Jones who also shared the same values. These two gentlemen can restore your faith in dealing with car dealers. I applaud them both.

Took my 2015 Acura TLX in for Nedra Morales to have his team check out the battery, starter and alternator due to some sluggish starts recently. Nedra checked the car out and determined that a battery replacement was all my car needed. Now I’m ready for peak Hurricane season! Thanks Joe Bullard Acura Service team!

You approve a certain amount for service and when they call and tell you that your car is ready they try to charge you $1000,00 more. That is not good business
