I visited this location today (1/31/24). I went inside the store and paid $20 for gas on pump #2. When I attempted to pump the gas I could not. I went back into the store to see what the issue was. The clerk said it's showing on pump 1. I said I told you I was on pump 2. She proceeded to call her manager to ask how to handle it. She hung up from her manager and said, " you can give me $10 and we'll credit $10 and then get your gas. I responded why would I give you $10 extra dollars on top of the $20 that I gave you and get $20 dollars of gas instead of $30. The clerk input Pump #1 in error instead of Pump # 2 which I requested. Apparently, the car that pulled up to Pump #1 when I went back in the store to find out what was going on got my $20 in gas. Horrible and ridiculous experience.

A place that’s open 24hrs just told me they don’t open up until 5 because I asked if they had a bathroom. Clearly they were open.

Love the newly redone store! Your specials are a great savings,the hot food is priced reasonably, and your employees are some of the nicest . Always helpful and very courteous. Also....I love the ice and fountain drinks.?

Never again! My turn in line came to cash out. I heard the cashier or manager ask the patron behind me if she can help him. Instead of taking him to the other cash register. She proceeded to check him out right next to me shoulder to shoulder in this age of COVID. I have a child who is autistic and epileptic. I am also a marine. When he touched me I almost executed what the Marine Corp taught me but I caught myself and the cashier and the manager and patron all laughed at my discomfort. My child has no immune system I cannot take the chance. Total disregard for personal space and social distancing. This place is thug hangout and one was boy friend to one of them . You will never see my credit card across your machine ever again. Bad service and everything is a joke and my concerns and feeling are a laugh for your employees entertainment

Horrible was cussed by employee (she said her name was Jasmine but no name tag. Took my money wrong pump was activated. Said she fixed it still didn’t get my gas. Threw receipt at me told me she refunded my money. She did not. Another employee verified it was not refunded said they couldn’t do refunds. Was told to bad come see the manager Monday. This was just the highlights. I don’t think in all my 62 years I’ve been treated so poorly by an employee.

I go here because it's the closest one to my home the service is not good and the cashier want help you resolve the problem I saw so kids purchasing a icee and the cashier told them they was gonna have to charge them extra because it wasn't the right cup.

90 Percent of the time I go to this store to get a polar pop they say they are out or do not know how to change the machine. They are usually rude about it so that tells me they are lazy and just don't want to do it. Cashier's eat at the register,use foul language at the register and always playing loud music from their personal cell phones. Very unprofessional!!

Pumps does not have recipet paper. Floor is not clean. Parking has alot of trash. Cement is broken all over the parking lot.

You have to wait because they now only have 2 pumps. Also, you have to always walk.in to get a receipt for your gas pump purchase. never any Starbucks Carmel Frappuccino.
