The staff and Mr.Charles are wonderful. They are concerned about staying with in your budget, if the vehicle is economic for you and will work with you if you get into a financial tight. RUNNNNN FAST! BEYOND CROOKS! you will do better on transit. The owner (father) CHARLES allows his daughter ( jennifer) handle the entire buisness. She is beyond racist. She makes the whole dealership look closed. They have been open for over 20 years and thats how long they have been robbing dale and surrounding countys. They think they are above the law because the father knows the surroundings well.i just had to report them! Jennifer is taking people money, the balances are never right on the receipt. She dosent report to the credit bureau. She threatens to repo you car daily even when your not late. They give you 10 days but on the 10th day you are late which is supposed to be the 11th. All crooks, all racist. Avoid looking that way period. I dont think they are gonna last much longer once the courts look into what they are doing.

Less than 2 weeks, it won't start.Lemon Not happy , manager is is rude, they was supposed to make sure the visor was fixed.Let's be clear made is utterly impossible for me.Day 3 engine light is on . Today, won't start.Beware who you buy from Trusting smiles, hides a crook.
