I was moving from Ohio and was going to arrive late. Tiffany worked with me during my transistion. I didn't properly lock my unit and was out of town tying up loose ends and due to arrive back in AL Saturday. She made sure all was safe so I didn't have to worry. Thank you SO MUCH! I couldn't have done it without you.

I am so impressed with this facility. I have used storage before but this process has been the easiest yet. To start off, I met with the Manager, Tiffiny, and she helped me out so much and informed me of everything I need to know about the unit and the rental process. She made me feel like I was at home and that’s what I like being a customer. As for the property, it is fairly new and super super clean. My entire rental process was great and I will be recommending this facility to anyone I know who is looking for storage.

My name is actually Sherri Casebolt. I rented one of the climate controlled units for a couple months. The facility has always been very clean and safe. I had an issue with one of the security locks on Memorial Day when they were closed and when I called their number for help I was met with courteous and kind responses. The manager of the facility (Tiffany) texted me and resolved the problem. 5 ? all the way!! Will definitely use them again in the future if need be.

It is a scam. The facility is safe and clean. But they only I got them to stop charging my card was a full on dispute. They take your information that you have vacated, but the charges continue for months. They pretend there is a end process, but there really isn’t.
