This was supposed to be the Platnium wash, went through 2 times and it didn't make a difference....many of the vacuums don't work and the ones that do, do not have good suction. Won't go here again

They don't scrub the car before the wash like they are supposed to. It didn't rinse suds off. Vacuum pressure was too low. No cleaning supplies. Waist of time and money.

I washed my car on 5-10-24. He told me I could get a VIP wash for $25.00 and can wash several times by 6-9-24. I got my bill and they also charged my $50.00 on 6-10-24. Company said I signed a contract, but I didn't. Refuses to refund. So I paid $75.00 for one wash

Terrible car wash, do not waste your money.
You are better off spraying your car with a water hose in your backyard. How are you going to ask for a tip in a drive through car wash?

I received a postcard offering a free carwash. My back up camera was very dirty so I went to get the free wash. In order to get that free wash I was coerced into signing up for a month of washes. Well my car went through the process only to still have it back just as dirty as it was before the wash. I am not impressed whatsoever.

The worst car wash I have ever been to. The employee are extremely lazy and lack customer service. 75% of the time I went to the car wash I had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to come out of the building. Even then I had to honk my horn to get them to come out. Not to mention the car wash is terrible. Some times the soap comes out and other times it doesn’t. I understand the dryer is not suppose to completely dry the car, but it shouldn’t look like it drove through a rain storm after exiting the car wash. Absolutely not worth it. I gave them a month. And the service never improved. I’ll be signing up at a local Mister Mister. They have never failed me. And their customer service is great at all locations.

A hard rain shower will get your vehicle cleaner than this car wash does. I would’ve been better off letting a toddler wash my car with an eyelash.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I wouldn't go back here if they were giving away free car washes. My car is still dirty and you can see where the brushes partially clean the car but left most of the dirt.

As much as I think people should be recognized for excellent service, you should be made away of bad service. I highly DO NOT recommend this car wash. I stopped by on 3/11/24 for a basic wash. Before I could pay, an attendant came out to sell me on their VIP monthly membership. She suggested a 30 day free trial. I accepted. I proceed to the car attendant. He guided me in as they normally do, hands off of the wheel, feet off the pedal and car in neutral. I go through the wash and get to the step of where it begins to dry the car. The car automatically pulls left and gets stuck in the track. It lifts the front of the car off the ground then back down. This happens maybe three or four times. The car did not roll forward. As I look in the rearview to see where the employees are, they are standing at the beginning of the wash just watching this transpire. No urgency to stop the wash, come down to check on me, nothing! I put the car in drive in an effort to get out of the loop, praying my front end isn't damaged. I pulled over to the vacuum area to inspect for damage and there is some. There is a gash in my front driver side rim. I go to speak to the employee that saw the incident make them aware of the damage. He walks over and takes down my info and says someone will be in touch in a few days but what their process is, is to call around and get quotes of the damage so that I will have that when they call.
They finally reach out to me today 3/15/24 via TEXT! They didn't have the courage to give me a phone call. I will post their response. Long story short, I paid money for their basic wash that didn't even clean the car btw and drove off with a damaged rim. The quote I received from the dealership to replace is $600 for one rim. I've owned this car a month and a half. This has been the most expensive car wash I've had, ever. They don't deserve the one star.

Wash is good. But none of the vacuums for your car actually work. Went through 5 before found one that worked.

This car wash does not clean your car at all .especially the back of your car.
Also, watch out for the attendant at the screen that will try to talk you into a free month but really she is signing your credit card up for a month To month with a
Recurring bill at $40 a month. She will not tell you It's a recurring month to month bill untill after she runs your credit card . You have to figure out how to cancel it before the month is up.
