This specific Ross location was oddly underwhelming when I arrived, sure there are lots of staff members, but all of them seemed to preoccupied to be assist any one person, myself included. The inventory was for the most part organized and where the signs stated it should be kept. There was quite a bit of cleaning that, just the typical spring cleaning stuff that gets overlooked by all many businesses. I did leave with few winter coats and leggings all for a fantastic price. So all-in-all worth a second trip at the very least.

You get name brand items at a big discounted price. There's not a big selection at this store like at the Huntsville location but I still find good buys.

Very large selection and variety of goodies. Came here to find a new pair of work shoes and walked away happy with a pair of name brand shoes for way less than what I would have paid anywhere else. Line was a bit long but it moved fast. Location was clean and kept up with.

Parked in handicapped space. Easy slight ramp rolling up to get to store level. My wheelchair and I had no problems. Found stuff for me, while wife found Pyrex dish set, some area rugs, and I got some Ghirardelli dark chocolate into the checkout line. We were next in line when finished, but we asked the couple behind us to go ahead, since our daughter and her buggy were behind them. We were called up to a cashier almost immediately and so was daughter. Going to Ross you never know what you may find. I always feel like a treasure hunt. So summer shorts, summer shirt and trousers for me. Beach hat, and those things already mentioned for her. We certainly will go again.

Changing rooms were locked and they had portable ones up front they were locked and the staff just said bye and if it doesn't fit bring it back not very good customer service
