“Customer service is great. I bought a value pack of lashes and the price was $2.99. I got to the register and the cashier (I'm thinking the owner) said they were suppose to be $9.99. She went to check the other packs and all of them were labeled $2.99. I asked her if she was going to honor the lower price and she said no, but I can give you 50% off. Needless to say, I left as a happy customer.Keep in mind...most Asian owners don't go out of their way when it comes to changing prices...but kuddos to Lanett Beauty Supply!”
