Customer service is great. I bought a value pack of lashes and the price was $2.99. I got to the register and the cashier (I'm thinking the owner) said they were suppose to be $9.99. She went to check the other packs and all of them were labeled $2.99. I asked her if she was going to honor the lower price and she said no, but I can give you 50% off. Needless to say, I left as a happy customer.Keep in mind...most Asian owners don't go out of their way when it comes to changing prices...but kuddos to Lanett Beauty Supply!

Got what I needed and the people that work there are helpful, HOWEVER, the owner has overpriced everything, and is VERY annoying! She follows people around and "works" around them constantly! She makes you feel very uncomfortable. The selection and the employees save the store!
