I also was misled about medication that is necessary for daily function and dangerous on several levels for me to miss. It was over a simple technicality that seems they are the only ones that observe. Other pharmacists say that they have never heard of this particular technicality or simply laugh at their taking a stand on something so simple. I changed to this pharmacy specifically for that and was treated terribly by the tech and pharmacist because I questioned their policy. I hope no one else goes through what I did. If you have medication that is difficult to get then I would suggest you choosing another pharmacy.

This is a small town pharmacy that has all the stuff the big chain pharmacies have but they get to know you. The service is always fast friendly & amazing. I definitely recommend them if you need a new pharmacy.

Jordan and the rest of the team are friendly and quick to handle all requests and medications... And will make sure information is passed along quickly and accordingly to all customers and medical staff

They backed out of filling a necessary prescription after agreeing to fill it. This put our entire family into a bind as the hospital would not have released my grandmother and would have provided this medicine themselves had Hayes been honest.It took her primary doctors office and us calling every pharmacy we could to find someone to fill it TODAY as this was a regimen she could not miss days on.This medicine was vital to life. And Hayes left us with nothing but a lie.We're done with this pharmacy. I don't recommend anyone use it, because they will not honor what they tell you.

29 years ago, Hayes Drugs filled my prescription wrong. I received Nalfon instead of E-mycin. My bottle said it was E-mycin. I took the medicine as prescribed before a dental cleaning because of a heart condition. Generic drugs were just starting to be used.

They've got it together. I usually order refills by phone. When I get there I'm greetedat the door and they even know my name. What a difference a year makes.
