I am not from Jasper and began having car issues. Marks service staff were very professional and understanding. I did not feel that I was going to be taken advantage of because I was a female trying to get my car situation figured out. Their price was very reasonable and I did not feel they were trying to sell me a service I did not need.

I had some of the best customer service I ever had traveling for work. My truck broke down near Jasper AL. I called Marks automotive at 8am and they took my truck in. Dropped me off at my hotel, and picked me up at noon to get me back on the road. I am so appreciative of their hospitality. If I lived there I wouldn't take my stuff anywhere else.

Zack called me when LOF and Rotation were done. He advised a few things were recommended service for the miles on my truck. ZERO pressure to get services done today. I will be back to complete those services. Great staff!!

Had to have the a/c on a 2011 chevy traverse. They took it on a Thursday and had it back to me on the following Tuesday at a reasonable price. I would recommend Mark's Automotive to anyone.

Mark's Auto did a wonderful job with my van. They were short staffed for a few days. They did an excellent job of communicating with me and still getting my van done in a timely manner. Everyone was super friendly and kind.

Best in the business. We have been customers of Greg Marks for the last 20 years and me and my family wouldn’t trust anyone else with our vehicles. The staff is awesome, they do excellent work and they are very caring about the vehicles and the customers.

I had the greatest experience with your team. My husband is the hospital in Birmingham and brakes went out, your team especially David Gunter repaired the brakes and checked everything to make sure it was safe. I had the car back the same day, so could get back to the hospital the next day. I can’t say enough about the guys at Marks Automotive.??

Mark’s Automotive did a fantastic job on my truck. I took it in for an oil change and to chase down some rattles. It took longer for the wok to get done than I expected because they found way more issues than I had expected! They got my truck repaired and it drives like brand new! Thanks guys!

I just moved to AL from NY. I had my 2009 Dodge Caravan totally gone over and worked on before I left in November. Recently, my AC stopped blowing cold air. My son & DIL recommended Mark’s Auto. I’m recently widowed and disabled, my husband always did this stuff. I’ll be honest, I was worried about being taken advantage of. When I dropped it off, I was told it would be ‘gone over’, too make sure everything was good. I thought for sure, I’d be told it needed work that had already been done or didn’t really need. I was called the next day and told the issue with the AC & I need new wiper blades (which I did) and to my surprise, every thing else was OK!! The van was ready the following day. It’s so nice to know, there are honest people out there. Mark’s Auto has a lifelong customer with me!! I will recommend them any chance I get. Honesty, prices, service & communication is outstanding!! Thank you Mark!!
