“I have been a loyal customer with Spectrum for years . I shut down anyone that makes a negative comment about Spectrum. It's the best mobile service you can get. I have multiple lines on my account .To get to the point, the local store was great The technician tried his best to help me but due to a glitch in my billing I was not able to do my upgrade. The issue is now resolved and I am waiting on my new galaxy phone. This was the first time I have ever had an issue with Spectrum. If Spectrum would like to reach out to me I will be happy to discuss where the problems started with my account. All is well now and if I ever need to go back to the local store I will be perfectly comfortable with doing so.If you go there ask for Drew, he was kind and understanding and did all he could to help”
