Customer service sucks. Lady behind desk is completely rude, has no customer service what so ever. I’m an authorized user and even with my id shown she gave me the run around why she couldn’t downgrade my plan, why I couldn’t have access to a sim swap and not even a pin change. Went to a different store and I got all that done in less than 5 min. As a paying customer the least we expect is some friendly face. Not someone who makes you hate being with cricket. They need to bring that previous employee back, friendly and knowledgeable. Every since she left this store over all sucks0 stars if possible

Terrible service!!! I went there to buy a tempered glass cover for my Samsung phone that I bought from cricket. The lady behind the desk was really rude and dissmissive towards me. Then she said they don't have one for my phone. How is that possible? It's cool I went to the Riverchase Galleria Mall and a gentleman in the mall phone kiosk, not only had it but it on my phone for me, all for only $15. So I will never come back to Cricket again for any help with anything!!!!

So this is my second mom with this phone company and we have the plan that you can ride hbomax I guess I really like that they were very genuine and concerned about me saving money so it was a win-win I have two lines but I only pay for one and that's the great part
