This post office is AWFUL I have now called 12 times and no one is answering the phone. I had an incomplete delivery due to an insufficient address which is admittedly my fault but now I’m trying to call and see if my package is still there and can be picked up and I get sent to an imaginary operator who apparently passes out when the phone rings. This post office should be torn down and the land needs to be saged as the energy of the people working here makes me want to gouge my eyes out without even getting them on the phone. I hope that every single person that works there has the day deserve and their toenails fall off.

This is the worst post office ever. They are rude and hateful if you ever get any service at all. They are supposed to close at 4pm, but they close early. I have arrived before 4 on 3 occasions in which they ran to lock the door when they saw me coming. It happened again today. 3:55 I arrived. She locked the door literally as I was trying to open it. I knocked on the door, no answer. I could hear them laughing and talking through the door. I knocked on the other door. (Still before 4:00!) and two people yelled "We're closed!" I knocked on the window and a lady who was in there looked at me like "what are you doing!??" Some people leave work early to make it before 4pm and it is infuriating when you make a big effort to get there before closing and they lock you out anyway. Not to mention my wasted time! I would give them ZERO stars but it won't let me. They should be shut down.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I've been to some bad post offices, but this one is by far the worst.For starters, they would not deliver my package because it was larger and no one wanted to pick it up and put it on my doorstep. There were three "delivery attempts", but I ended up having to pick it up myself.When I got there, the clerk, Felix, was incredibly rude to me. He was snappy and had a terrible attitude. I told him I was picking up a package and he looked visibly irritated when asking for my tracking number and left without saying a word to go look for it. When he finally found it, it was right up front and I heard him complaining that it was heavy (marked as 63 lbs, but couldn't have been more than 30ush).He plopped the package up on the counter and I let him know that I don't think I'll be able to get that out to the car (I was pushing my baby in a stroller). When I asked if someone could help me, he said "Nope, not right now" and just stared at me (I could hear lots of people talking in the back, so I knew he wasn't alone). I asked for a dolly and again, he disappeared without responding and grabbed a dolly to put my box on. He came to the door and stood there (wouldn't bring it out to me) and looked irritated that he had to do that.I grab the dolly with the large box and my stroller and start heading for the manual open door, trying to figure out a way to get everything out the door and hold the doors open in the process.Thankfully, a very sweet elderly man got out of line to help me bring the box out to my car and another lady held the doors for us. Sadly, strangers were more helpful than this post office.Absolutely a terrible experience - I hope I don't have to deal with them again. Whoever is in management needs to have a chat with Felix. Customer service is completely dead with that one.

I scheduled a passport appointment at Wynne Dr Post Office to get my passport photo taken & have an acceptance agent sign off on my application.Only to receive a phone call & a voicemail at 7:42am today. That the appointment is cancelled & that they’re no longer accepting passport appointments at this location.They need to deactivate their link that routes you to the passport appointment calendar, block off their calendar’s available dates, & discontinue their txt messaging services & e-mail confirmation features for the passport appointments.Continuing to promise this service as an available option at this Post Office’s location, wastes Americans times, causes frustration, & hate and discontent.

Made an appt for passports for my kids 2 months in advance. Got a call an hour before the appointment saying that my appointment was cancelled because "we aren't doing them for a while". It's a shame that no one respects the time of people other anymore. I made arrangements at work and at my kids schools for this appointment. If they aren't doing passports they need to take their location off of the website and stop allowing people to make appointments. They could have at least contacted me prior to the day of. It's apparent by reading other reviews that they were aware way prior to today.

I would give this location NO STARS if that was possible. The reason being, the cashier Felix has the worst attitude I HAVE EVER COME IN CONTACT WITH. It is absolutely mind blowing that he still has a job here. Every time I am at this location, he is extremely rude to every single customer, rolling his eyes, being short. I am honestly appalled at his attitude. If he hates his job so much along with EVERY single customer that comes in, maybe he should be else where.

Passport office has been unmanned since October. I guess the lady everyone complained about on here has moved on and they don't care enough about their customers to replace her. If you go in asking for a passport they just shrug and tell you go somewhere else. With customer service like this, who needs a proctologist?

I had to get a package to someone asap and I got to this post office right at closing time they were still open and helping the last customer all i had to do was hand them a package it was already labeled they just had to scan it in but the guy said no you have to put it in the drop box which was annoying but it will at least go out the next day right? No wrong they ignored my packages Friday & Saturday and with it being MLK Day on Monday they will be closed so now my packages won't go out till Tuesday when all he had to do was scan it on Friday and put it with the rest of the stuff going out. I have seriously never met anyone as rude the man that's always at the front. Don't go to this post office if you can avoid it

Woke up early this morning because I had an appointment to apply for my passport. I arrived at this location only to be told by a lady that all appointments for passports had been canceled, and that she called and told me that. I did not receive a phone call or voice-mail from this location. My time was wasted and I do not like being lied to. Do not waste your time at this location. If I could give zero stars then I would.

The SORRIEST usps service EVER ! They refuse to deliver mail to addresses wether it’s the box or at the doorstep. I keep getting calls of people saying they sent me mail & it was returned saying I don’t live here anymore! Something needs to be done about this post office location. They need a whole new crew & management ! The customer service suck & this the 3 rd time they have returned my mail to sender because they don’t want to deliver it

I haven't received any mail over 2 months because someone keeps doing a change of address, they told me there was nothing that could be done, so here I am in another month without mail.

You just can’t trust them to get your packages to you. They gave me someone else’s package too. I put it at the appropriate apartment number which was clearly on the label. Not everyone will be nice and the package will be gone for good.

Appointments are not honored! The unprofessionalism and disregard for the time of others is COMPLETELY astounding and UTTERLY disgusting. I was told that I should come back later and IF the next appointment (11:30) was late, maybe I could be squeezed in. This was due to the fact that the person that does the passports was on lunch at 10:15 a.m. Ludicrous.

Only a one star, as every employee is super nice BUT the passport lady Pam. We were told after making a formal complaint that she has had a TON of complaints on her. First, 10 mins late to our appointment. Then refused to accept a red, US government passport as proof of citizenship. Refused service. Stepped outside, called the State Dept, and they verified that was fine. Went back in, and she said, "Sorry, you left, so your appointment is done" (we were right outside the door). Said she was completely booked and had no time. Called and complained. Duribg that time, she had NO ONE in that office for over 45 minutes after saying that. The couple nearby told us she said "I'll make sure he never gets a passport at this office." Really?!?! A US Veteran needed a normal passport for personal travel. This is how this lady treats the public. And it's telling that 2 other postmasters at other locations said they have gotten a LOT of complaints about her and yet she still works there. Do better, Wynn Drive. Put this lady on trash duty, because that's where she belongs.

My personal experience was great! It was quick and easy. I was a bit stressed about shipping a card internationally, but it was painless and a good price. The staff member that helped me was so nice.
