“I have been using this post office since moving to Huntsville in 2019. This is by far the best USPS in world, yes world. Never busy and never an attitude. I even rented my PO Box when I went overseas for 3.5 years and they were always welcoming when I returned. They may not have the best hours for all those who work off base but if you work on base you need make this your go too USPS. I make it a point to drive on base after teleworking to handle my mail business because of the friendliness and knowledge of the staff.”

“I've had several brief experiences dropping off packages at this physical location and all were fantastic. Usually, I am able to get in and out in a matter of minutes if not seconds depending on the line, if any (I have my packages pre-labeled prior to arrival). There is a lady that works there (I will have to get her name and update the review) that has just the brightest personality and always has the biggest smile on her face when I come in. Such a contagious interaction that always results in me leaving in a great mood. Thank you!”

“This is a great location for a post office - very convenient and I'm able to drop in on my way to work or back from work. Despite the size of the building the actual post office is quite small. I have been here a handful of times and it stays fairly quiet, so far I have yet to wait in the dreaded never ending post office line. The employees are very friendly and helpful - and efficient.”

“After dealing with ridiculous unprofessional behavior from another local post office's passport section, I booked an appointment here. Mr. Ray this morning was absolutely wonderful. He was very kind and professional, and the whole appointment went very smoothly. I even had my toddler in tow and Mr. Ray was fantastic towards him as well. Totally recommend this place for passport needs.”

“Two of us went today for passports with photos. Pam called us back within two minutes of our appointment time. She was very polite, very well organized and very professional. Including pictures and payments, we were finished in about fifteen minutes. To be fair, we have not yet seen out passports (of course), but the quality of our experience was outstanding… five stars, at least, and many thanks to Pam.”

“(FYI for those trying to call. Its easier to get help when you show up in person and be polite) Even though these folks were slammed, the supervisor took the time help me locate my package. She even called me later in the day to let me know it was located and would be delivered the next day. Hats off to you folks and to all postal workers. Thank you!!!!”

“Always great, just wish they accepted cards! They do have an atm on location though. If you want to save money on fees go to the bank first, use cash back at a DG, Walmart, etc. I typically print from home and then drop off here. 3 mins down the road. Can’t beat that.”
