The only reason they get a one star review and not zero stars it's because the staff was friendly. Ordered a four piece chicken tenders with a large fry and barbecue sauce. I received three cold chicken tenders, a small fry, and no barbecue sauce. The lady at the window told me to have a great day after I ordered so that was nice. Will not be back though, should've went to Popeyes next-door

Food is good (for fast food) and made to order during the slower parts of the day. Service can be hit or miss... the store is often busy in the morning leading to slower counter service, while it seems they prioritize the drive thru. The customers are a diverse crowd, reflecting the neighborhood

Breakfast use to be great but now I don't really know what has happen for the last two morning my breakfast was not good at all I got the big bacon breakfast sandwich and the bacon was under cooked and it's to hot to eat under cook food can cause food poisoning. Yesterday got two steak biscuits the biscuits I could not believe where hard has a rock. What is going on Jacks

The food is good, but the customer service is horrible especially the lady at the drive thru. She has an attitude problem, gave me 2 seconds to look at the menu and then screamed "what you want" 2 times like dang lady calm down it not that deep. No one should ever go to this location on Jordan Lane it's bad.

Customer Service is lacking at this Jacks location. Food was hot and great taste but greasy. We went h to rough the drive through I ask if I could get napkins. A person said with a Attitude " I put napkins in the bag". I looked and wasn't any napkins. The person at the drive through gave me 3 cheap napkins. Like that was going to help if my 6 year old has an accident with her Coke. The person at the window was so quick to shut the window. Rude. I was trying to be as nice as I could but I'm not going to kiss butt.

No milkshakes. "We don't have those right now". The staff has an attitude. The location is good, on Jordan Lane right off University. This has to be the worst Jack's I've ever been to though. Slow slooooooow service at 2pm today. Employee standing outside right by the drive through just talking on the phone while there's a line of 5 people. I only ordered a large fry and waited 15 minutes. The only reason I didn't just drive off is because I was blocked closely to the front and back. I don't think I will be stopping by this location again. Yikes.

The service is terrible, the cashiers are hateful. I spend over 300 a month in this store because I like the food however if the service does not improve im going to start going to McDonald's. If u don't like your job find another one, stop taking it out on the customers

Let me paint you a scenario. You pull into the parking lot at 9:30 pumped for a big breakfast sandwich and some tots. You get in line and there is one car ahead of you waiting to order. You're ready! Lines not moving. No one knows why. You wait 20 minutes, 30 minutes. 45 minutes passes. The line hasn't moved and is stretched all the way on to university . The person ahead of you finally moves up!!! You pull up to the speaker and they say "hold on". 15 minutes later they return and you place your order only for them to say they stopped serving breakfast. This is a typical day at our university dr. Jack's.

This place is awesome and reasonably priced. The best bbq chicken, reminds me of when kfc had those wings in the 90's ? #loveit! And open late for convenience!
