Unfortunately because of an encounter my daughter and I had recently with a service specialist our experience was less than satisfactory. Again this is no reflection on the service technician that worked on her car. But everything to do with the lack of respect, consideration, and professionalism by this gentleman. Unfortunately I was talked down to, accused of wanting a “free” service, which absolutely was NOT the case! It was the lack of communication I had an issue with of which I stated multiple times. Yet instead of him trying to clarify, he continued to attempt to belittle and down talk me not only in front of my daughter but another customer. I can’t understand how people can show such lack of emotional restraint in an industry that you chose to work in, especially on in which you service the public. As I was about to leave, the service specialist asked me to come in and speak to the Manager as to give him an opportunity to clarify and the appearance of him now being understanding of my complaint. As if I didn’t know that he was simply attempting to smooth things over, as I’m sure he was anticipating a bad review. The service manager told him to put my ticket on his desk for him to review. This was Wednesday, I have not received one phone call for the service manager nor the specialist. Needless to say we absolutely will be taking our business elsewhere and if asked I will encourage others to do the same.

They messaged me 6 days before their event ended. They should tell people way before that. If they gave me 10-15 days I would have came and bought a car with them. Sucks for them.

When I purchased my 2020 Altima I was told the tint has a lifetime warranty. 2021 rear tint began to bubble. I took it in and was told " Yes we can replace that because it is covered under lifetime warranty due to the tint being installed after manufacturing " Awesome..I'm a happy customer! Now.. passenger window is bubbling. Make an appointment drop it off for tint replacement. Then get a message stating tint does not have lifetime warranty and the tint was only covered for 3 yrs 36k manufacturers warranty and it will cost me 250$. First how can you classify something to be covered under manufacturers warranty when it was not manufactured with the vehicle second why was I told lifetime warranty multiple times by different employees. Anywho.. Service manager agreed to replace tint at no cost to me this time only! So I'm told my car is ready for pickup.. go pick up have another conversation about the tint to still be told no lifetime warranty.. Ok fine.. I will never give my money to this dealership again. Get in my car to leave, turn to look at the tint replacement.. you have got to be kidding.. they didn't even replace it! Now I have to be inconvenienced by returning to have this done!! Poor service! Poor management!
On a better note
My service Advisor Jay is amazing as always! None of this negative mess is any doing of his! He has always been great with and for me.

Had an unfortunate situation with my older vehicle and was in a bind. PeeJay gave me as great of a customer service experience as I have EVER had going to a dealership. I will certainly be back knowing I now have my personal “car guy”! Thanks PeeJay!!

If you buy a used car, make sure they test the battery on it. I've had mine for only 2 months and now I have to spend over $300 on a new battery.

This dealership does not even deserve 1 star. They are liars and scammers. Please do not trust Wesson Callahan, their finance manager or the complex manager, Eddie Williams!!! I brought my car to trade in, they wrote up a contract stating to pay off my current loan and they did nothing while I was still being sent the monthly note on the vehicle. They sold the trade in while it was still registered under my name!!! This is illegal!! The car was driven still in my name, no car tag and was not insured. They also stated I was financed on the new vehicle, which I was not!!! Gave me the run around for almost 3 months until I got an attorney and filed a police report. They got my other car back and gave it back to me with dings in the front end, and it had old TOGO good in the car while they returned it to me. I'll never do business there again and I will tell everyone to please skip this place!! YOU CAN DO BETTER!!!

My experience has been that Nissan makes great vehicles but I don't trust the Huntsville service department. Multiple oil changes (scheduled) that took over 90 minutes. Charged for tire repair that wasn't done. Too bad.

Me and my husband went up there for a suv had money and everyone been there since 2 no one was there but us and they didn’t talk to us instead they played around like little kids eating snacks. We called them today they were rude and hung up the phone and would not speak to us we were there yesterday 6 hours almost7 trying to get a new car and they sent us home after playing around I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL the guy who was there was named Emmanuel and then the women who I don’t know her name agian THEY WERE HORRIBLE AND RUDE I DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT SLL

I was referred to Landers McLarty Nissan by a friend of mine and cannot say enough how amazing they are! With the help of Joe and BG, I was able to get my dream car at a price I could afford! The process was seamless, all my questions were answered, and even the GM greeted, congratulated, and thanked me personally for my business. The entire staff truly went above and beyond; making the day pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you again for everything!

I'd like to commend Mike Sparkman, Service Lane Manager, for gracefully handling an issue between a young service lane technician and me. The tech in question did not deescalate a disagreement he and I had concerning warranty considerations and became quite rude, prompting me to ask for his manager. Mike took over the service activity and professionally walked me through the opportunities, considerations, and limitations of my warranty. I am a long time Nissan customer that values the quality and capabilities of their products. I also highly value customer care and professionalism. If not for the interaction with the technician, this would have been a 5 star review.
