Was told by doctor I need to get a full set of tests done on my sinuses since I constantly have sinus infections and some strep throat too. I ask if insurance will cover the labs and the doctor says yes most peoples insurance covers the tests. I was like okay I’ll do it - I think she called it a nomenclature.She said call back 3 days later for results. I call back 3 days later and they didn’t even know they sent out labs for me - no results back. I call 3 days after that (which is what they told me to do). And they say that there was a problem with the test lab and they couldn’t get the results back.At this point I’m like okay whatever I don’t really care.. 2 weeks later I get a bill for close to 300 dollars for the tests that they never did according to the doctor. I called insurance explained situation, still didn’t fix it after 3 weeks of waiting. I called the lab and they said they do have the results of the lab but that they can’t give them to me…At this point I am so confused at this and I honestly will NEVER go back to that doctor again, and I will ask each and every time what lab future tests are being sent to so that I can make damn sure I never send any to this place again. No help whatsoever from the doctors office, insurance company(at least they tried), or the lab. They are constantly messaging and sending me mail about paying for it, but I’ll be damned if I pay for something that wasn’t ever done to start with or for results I can’t even access.

This company sent us to collections after we attempted to discuss the bill three times with them, they never returned a phone call or email and I could not get a live person on the phone. They did not charge my insurance first and sent us a bill for $270.00 a year after the date of service. Each time they sent a bill I attempted to contact them. I obviously paid the bill now, but they did not do their due diligence with responding to my inquiries or billing my insurance.

These people billed me for a year when my insurance company told them over and over that it was covered. We had 3 way calls to get this bill paid, and Eurofins couldn't code it properly so they said. Even after 6 calls with the VA on the line, they still threatened us with collections. That is wonderful service to a service member. Ultimately, I'm going to have to pay it so they can get the full amount.

Totally fraudulent scam artist. Fake medicine scammers in bed with your greedy doctor. They’ll bankrupt you if they can. No class, no decency, scum of the earth in every possible way. I hope everyone on the dole there dies a miserable, prolonged death that tortures their family for generations.

My doctor charged me $52 for a lab test in house, while DIATHERIX charged me $300 for the same test. Both tests yielded the same results, how is DIATHERIX's test worth almost 6 times more?Thanks for the gouge, DIATHERIX.

Fraud lab. Firstly sent a bill with my 4 month sons name! Pediatrician took a covid test on my 4month old son which was sent to this lab. This lab submitted a bill for $415 to the insurance coding it with laboratory services and not covid testing and then sent us a bill for the remainder amount.Typical fraud billing.

Called to try and pay a bill on behalf of my daughter. Woman would not except my money because I didn’t have an address for my daughter. Gave her plenty of information on my daughter to be sure she had the right account and still would not take my money. Some children do belong to split households. Call has been documented and you will not see that money.
