I just tried to use the air machine and the nozzle was too big to fit properly, it was letting air out instead of putting it in. I went inside to tell the man at the counter and he said it's not my problem call the number. I went back out to get the number, no sticker on the machine with a number to call. I went back inside and told the man he said oh well not my problem. I told him he was being very rude and asked simply to get my $2 back from him since there was no number he told me to get out and quit bothering him. This man had no business in customer service, no need to be rude to someone just because you can.

This store is one of the best for coffees, snacks, atm inside, bathrooms. It has a very wide variety of foods for workers and even a microwave to use. This store has always been nice and clean. And this store is the only one I know of that carries Konas coffee by Monster. My husband loves the Black Rifle mocha. The customer service is always pleasant here as well.

I had only just discovered this store has some of the best gas in Huntsville, but the manager of this store has some serious mental/emotional problems.
I stopped by at 10:00am on Thanksgiving for smokes and a drink. I needed to use the restroom, so I did. I'm not sure if it was my band shirt, wallet chain, shiny Doc Martens, or my Colorado tags, but this girl started knocking on the door after about 2-minutes.
I washed my hands and exited the restroom to see that the manager girl was having a tantrum. She feverishly blocked off the restrooms using a plastic add sign, slamming everything she could. I asked if I'd done something wrong, she said, "We didn't say anything, it's you running your mouth!!!".
I decided not to buy a drink or purchase cigarettes here, because of the manager having a tantrum over my use of her facilities. I have no idea what her problem is, but she must be a miserable person. I feel sorry for her employees. I had intended to continue giving this place my business, since they have good gas and I work nearby. But, unless she can explain why she was so rude toward me or the owners find someone better to run their store, I will not be stopping here anymore.

Its a convenience store...what's to rate? Right? If you're like me you've become use to being treated indifferently by store clerks. Generally, very young people who have better things to do and don't mind letting you know that. It kind of surprised me to find this place was so clean and well stocked. I've been in several times now and I am always greeted warmly by the owner. A place where you can get what you need and be treated nicely at the same time. How strange.
