I would recommend anyone with a GMC vehicle to travel to Howard Bently Buick GMC in Decatur for your repair needs. This establishment will lie to you and not respect or value you as a customer. DO NOT LET JUAN MALDONADO (BodyShop Estimator) HANDLE YOUR CLAIM IF YOU CHOOSE TO CONTINUE.I am still waiting for this company to repair my vehicle, decide wisely whether to continue using this establishment, read below why.My vehicle was in an accident last November, and the m insurance claim process was started immediately . Within 2 weeks, the insurance company cut this establishment a check to have my vehicle repaired. I was told by Juan that the parts would be ordered and should arrive the week before Christmas, I called the week of 18-22nd to get an update, and Juan told me that he was wit8ng on several parts before he could schedule me a date to drop my vehicle off. I figured it was the holiday season and waited until after the new year to call only to find out that my parts were never ordered and now my repairs would be put on hold again because of what they call miscommunication, I call it being lied to.They don't care about your business, I was told if I decided to find another place to please let them know so they can adjust accordingly. I can not find another place since the insurance company has already paid this dealership for the repairs. Be advised that your vehicle will take forever to be repaired, and you, as a customer, will not be valued if you choose to go with Bentley.

I located a new Envista at this dealership. I contact Bentley Buick and was transferred to Jason Dill. Within 15 minutes, we had a deal put together. I had been in vehicle sales for over 18 years, and boy has the car business change. We put down a deposit to hold this vehicle and pick the vehicle up last night. We drove from middle Tennessee to Huntsville to pick up this vehicle. The sales staff at Bentley Buick will work hard for your business. I believe with all my heart, they take pride in being the number1 volume dealership in Alabama, and they won't be under sold. Well worth the drive

I purchased a truck from here and i have needed paperwork for over 3 weeks now that GMC is requesting from me and these people will not call me back or give me the paperwork that is needed... I have left several messages and to make matters worse the lady at the front desk has hung up on me multiple times when I told her I have left messages and still haven't been able to get in contact with me... worst customer service I have ever had to deal with...

AVOID this place My Bentley was damaged when in the area and we dropped it off under the impression that they are a Bentley dealer NO Bentley's for sale No experience to repair JUST a false misinformation attempt to act more important than they really are NOT Basic lame Cadillac dealers - junkyard is full of them Waste of time

Went in for oil change and warranty work. Came out with a new problem of heads lights stayed on high beam. Took it right back and was told I need an expensive head light assembly. The service manager is not responsive. I had to chase him down for answers. Was told Sorry it's your expenseWon't do any business here.Bentley misrepresents the issue of moisture in my headlight. Everything was working fine prior to service work. Left shop and noticed a new problem. Went directly back and was told I had moisture. Poor excuse below.

Showed up after opening to test drive a new truck. Lady at the front desk said, "Sorry they're in a meeting." I said that's fine. Please go get one of the 10 salesman so I can buy a truck. Nope. Meetings are more important than me I guess. I'm not going to wait around 30 minutes to buy a 90k truck. Get your priorities straight.

They do not have their act together.My car was in a wreck and the repairs took a long time, which may not be their fault. They claimed other body shops are having similar issues, which could be true. I am not faulting them for that, although I know someone who had more damage to their car during the same time frame and got their car repaired by another shop in much less time.When they were able to give me an initial estimate, they said the repairs would take about six weeks, but they were not good at following up and I had to call them regularly to get updates. Also their automated system estimate did not align with the actual timeline. I don't see why they could not keep it updated.There were also two issues that were their fault that wasted time:1. There was a deep scratch in the paint that was caused by the wreck. We took photos of the scratch at the crash site and pointed it out them before the repairs started. When I went to pick up the car, the scratch was not fixed and caused a few days delay in getting the car back.2. When I went back the second time to get the car, I was billed one amount (deductible). I mentioned that I thought there was an additional charge, but the person taking my payment said they were not aware of that. An hour later they called me and asked for the additional payment. I was fine with paying it, but they wasted my valuable time by not getting it right the first time.Service: Body & Trim

I have been using Bentley since I got to Huntsville. My parents bought cars and had repairs done at Bentley oh yeah I got to Huntsville in 1967. Bentley has always been kind kind courteous very helpful. Very nice to old gray haired ladies!

I just got my car back from Bently Buick on Drake and they did a great job. She looks brand new. I had corrosion on the hood of my car, and they repainted it for me. Casey H. the general manager took care of me personally. I had a car while they were taking care of my car. He treated me like I was part of the family. I highly recommend Bentley Hyundai to all my friends and customers that might be looking for a vehicle. Thank You so much Casey H. for taking such good care of me and my car Rita. I also had an oil change and tires rotated and they gave me an engine treatment and she is purring like never before. This is my second Encore I love the way it drives. My coworker even went down to Bentley Buick and bought herself a Buick Enclave. She loves it too. You can't go wrong with a Buick That is what My Dad use to say, and he was right.

Got into an accident and destroyed the right front side of my truck. These pros repaired my vehicle and kept me informed of the progress all along the way. Had a couple of minor issues, took the truck back and they fixed those issues as well. If you are reading bad reviews, I would attribute the bad reviews to people who are over demanding and expecting miracles...You won't hear anything but phrase from me.....OUTSTANDING PERSONNEL AND SERVICE.Services: Steering & suspension repair
