Amanda, u didn't have to lie today. Went in for a transaction and I'm guessing because of a previous review of another Regions bank, she felt like she had to lie about not being able to complete a transaction. One that I've done many times before but all of a sudden, it couldn't be completed today. No problem. FU2!

Made an appointment to open a savings account. I didn’t necessarily want a checking account since I have a bank already but I would’ve been charged $3 a month on the savings account. I really hate that I had to open 2 accounts. I ended up closing both accounts today at a different branch because I don’t want to switch banks.This review is strictly for the employees and how helpful they were. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. Just wish I liked the bank itself better.

Called this morning to see if I could get any type of help with a $36 over draft fee on my account and was told there was nothing to help me with by the manager on duty this morning didn’t get his name. I asked multiple times if there was any chance to help me since I was working all day and it just over drafted because my insurance took my payment out with no sufficient funds.my account shouldn’t be authorized to charge if there isn’t sufficient funds in it. Very inconvenient and not helpful bank and management. Also once I ended the call I let them know I will be contacting a branch in person today to get help and was told okay by a manager.

Walked right and was assisted by a helpful nice lady named Robin Bennett. She listened to me without intrusive questions and completed all my issues with a smile. So glad I by passed the location nearest my home because there's always a long line to see a banker. Guess which branch I will be visiting in the future?

HUEYTOWN, AL BRANCH- Laci Colvert, customer service rep, went above and beyond to help me get the necessary payoff letters quickly when I was trying to sell my deceased parents' home. I really appreciate her help and personal touch. If it had not been for her efforts the closing would have been delayed several days, and I was already very stressed. Thank you Laci!
