Do not ever have a vehicle towed here. My daughters car broke down and was towed here for 2 days. They are charging $745 for 2 days and will only allow you to pay in cash but can pay the towing fee with a credit card . Both ladies that spoke to us were very rude ! Horrible service and ridiculously expensive for a car to just sit 2 days

this towing company is a nightmare. If you have a situation, please choose to use another towing company. insurance company connected us and it was downhill from their waited over 6 1/2 hours for service to only get a rude unprofessional individual driver that was pissed off at us for his mishap.

Called me to confirm my tow but did not call to tell me they had canceled it without my VIN number. I am a AAA member and waited an hour having to call them myself to be told it was canceled and put on hold again. Terrible service

Extremely hostile. I hope no I had required a money code to retrieve my asset from which it was towed from a parking lot while getting a workout from planet fitness. I go to the facility to pay the bill to get it re. Acquired and met with extreme prejudice in hostile environment. An easily. Aggressive people.
No signs were posted once in the yard. Grab my food, put it in the truck. Asked a tow guy where am I supposed to pay this bill? And was met with extreme hostile.
And ultimately was kicked out before recovering the truck, which is considered entrapment. Do not go anywhere near this place, if you don't want to get riled app for any length of time. Instead of deescalating the situation, they chose to instigate everything at every possible point in time
