I went to the cafe for a hot dog. Not only was the service quick and kind but the food was delicious. The hot dog was a good size for what you pay which is 2.50 for the combo with a drink and the bun was soft. I am not someone who particularly enjoys hot dogs but this one was delicious. The eating area was sanitary and clean and there was room to distance in case of a need to do so which I did appreciate. I found the packaging to be a bit wasteful and would love to see fewer uses of plastic especially in the drink containers and the cutlery. Overall it was a very positive experience and I will be returning.

The Manager Carl was helpful. He was polite. He showed me how to use the self checkout. He suggested I get an upgrade on my membership because I spend so much money here & get a discount. I'm definitely coming back to this location

Qurnissa was super nice and eager to assist. I wasn't sure how my insurance would apply to eyewear cost. But, Qurnissa was easily able to pull up my information through my benefit provider. Prices are also competitive. Highly recommended!

I tried to order two 16" pizzas at the deli yesterday but I couldn't hear/understand what the employee said (I thought she said there were no pizzas). when I repeated what I thought she said for clarification she became extremely rude, made a hateful comment, walked towards the back, looked in a door and proceeded to say something about the pizzas that were available or not available. Again I couldn't understand what she was saying. I waited almost 24 hours before posting this thinking I could just chalk it up to a bad day but it still bothers me that someone would be so rude for no reason. I walked away without placing an order and felt confused and upset about the interaction . However, the remainder of my grocery shopping experience was good.

I’m frustrated that I pay for a membership for better prices and that includes gas. I fill up my gas tank and I’m thinking I’m getting the best price anywhere, and then drive down the street to see Walmart gas is five cents cheaper. If I drive 15 miles west to Tuscaloosa the gas over there can be anywhere from $.10-$.15 cheaper than Hoover. That sucks!

Horrible service, on the phone now 15 minutes no answer (10:00am) order online yesterday and wanted to pickup following day and no answer, update nothing. ridiculous

Who doesn't love Sam's Club?!? They have everything you can possibly think of in bulk and a very good discounted price. They gas prices are low as well compared to other gas stations. Where else can you get a huge slice of pizza or hotdog and a a drink for under $3 and get full.

Cafe Review: ONLY: Super aggressive workers!!! Beware! We were grabbing a few slices of pizza. Ordering felt rush and the workers clearly don't know what customer service is. They don't listen properly either. Ugh! Good Pizza. Terrible/annoying cafe staff.

Cashier rung up items and then just left them there on counter. Did not put them back in basket. No it was not a self check out register. As you can see in the picture he left items on counter and rung up next customer. That is just a few of my items that I left on the counter to capture a picture. They wonder why customers go to COSTCO across the highway there go their answer. Oh yea Costco 1 in the city vs 3 in the city NEED TO DO BETTER. Sorry cashier and dont care so call manger on duty. GO TO COSTCO WHERE THEY WILL PUT YOU ITEMS BACK IN THE BASKET.It was 11/19/2022 17:21 run the camera tc# 202064842258044432005

Products and store generally fine. Check out is a nightmare. Over 50 people waiting. 2 checkout people working registers, one old and can't move fast and one helping the 20 self checkouts. No management assistance anywhere to be found. Poorly managed, not efficient and super annoying for the customers. Cancelling membership.

They seem to close whenever they feel like it. I was going to stop by there when they were supposed to be open luckily I called 1st but they closed early that has happened 3 times, it's ridiculous how are we supposed to know if they can close whenever they feel like it. If it says close at the7 stay till 7 no it doesn't say open till we decide to close. It says CLOSES AT 7:00 MON-SAT. I think. Someone needs to do something about them closing early it isn't right!!

Usually I LOVE sams club, I went 2 days ago and got a bunch of stuff. Got home today to make sandwiches for a trip of their chicken salad and it expired 6/15. Meaning they are selling expired food. Never had this issue. Tried to call to make the manager aware of the situation, was placed on hold and held for over 30 minutes with nobody ever getting back to me and finally I just hung up.
