I have always enjoyed shopping at Publix. This time I was picking up prescriptions for my wife. I waited patiently for the guy in front of me who had a lot of questions. There was no one waiting behind me. When the guy brought me the prescriptions, I asked to see them as I knew that there was at least one that she didn't need. I also said that I wanted to compare the prices to GoodRX as they have saved me a significant amount over my insurance. As there were people behind me now, I asked to move to the side where I could look at them which they declined and the pharmacist came over and said that people were waiting and couldn't be held up by someone "wanting to use coupons." That was why I asked to move to the side in the first place. I guess I will have to look at transferring our prescriptions to another store. As a side note, I have never had this issue at Publix at the Bray or at CVS.

Great employees that always take care of customers. Even if you have multiple questions they are more than glad to help!

Sparkling clean. Well stocked. Friendly and helpful staff. One of the best grocery stores in a while

Overall, the store and the customer service are good. However the deli is an issue. The majority of times I’ve ordered a sub online, it hasn’t even been started when I arrive to pick it up 30-45 minutes later. I wouldn’t recommend ordering online - it’s a crapshoot if you’re going to get any food.

Super clean, well-organized, and friendly staff. The energy each staff member gives off is about the same, which is a bit unsettling, but besides that, there's lots of decent deals everywhere you look. The Publix generic brand groceries are also really tasty for a good price! I recommend their BBQ chips, they're really well seasoned.

Wyatt at the deli was a hoot! I loved the humor while he was making my sandwich. His commentary had me grinning through the whole process. He turned an interaction he probably does dozens of times a day into an experience that will have me smiling all day. And this sweet siracha sandwich was good as MESS! Just look at that cross section right Wyatt? Haha. 10 outta 10.

This was the most beautiful and pristine Publix I have ever been in. It was so clean and bright with all the food looking delicious and all the workers being super friendly. They had awesome selections from a deli, sushi, salad, olive, and soup bars with fresh hot and cold items. The bakery and florist had unique items that all looked beautiful and mouth watering. Would recommend this Publix to anyone looking for a full service grocery store that is a gorgeous one stop shop for anything you may need.

The nicest supermarket in the area with a friendly staff and great selection of groceries, ready meals, deli foods and bakery items. Plenty of parking and weekly specials are nice at helping cut costs during these inflationary times. Publix store brands are good quality also.

The deli has the worst customer service. Did a online order for a specific time because I had a time constraint. Get there at the pick up time the sandwich wasn’t made yet I had to speak to somebody. No one acknowledged me…it was 4 people behind the counter received no apology, no nothing and on top of that all the ingredients weren’t on the sub..!!!! I won’t be back. Just wanted to let management know to do a bit better with customer service and online order timing

I live very close to this location and the Doug Baker location which only a half mile away. Although this one is supposed to be more upscale it's poorly run. The deli is always out of stuff. And the employees are not very friendly in that area. The rest of the store seems fine.

I had my very first issue with Publix. I called and ordered catfish to be picked up for my family dinner. I spoke with a young lady who told me the chef was at lunch but that I could pick it up after he returned. I drove to publix to pick it up and got there, and the chef informed me that they didn't have any catfish. He didn't know why i was told that. I had to figure my dinner out. I was pissed.

i ordered my birthday cake at publix and i just went to pick it up! when i got it, it had a few cracks on the top and we asked if there was any way someone could go over the cake to smooth the cracks. they let us know that there weren’t any decorators there but they would try to get someone. Chef Emily came running from across the store to fix the cake and did it so quickly and made it look PERFECT! her kindness made my day! everyone in the bakery/catering department was so sweet!

Very nice store, people are friendly. I wish when they put in the self check out, they would have included cash as an option. It's not every occasion you want to pull out your card for a small purchase. Looks like some of their customer service is going away. One of the reasons they're pricing is high is customer service ice.

Unfortunately this Publix is ALWAYS out of several items I want. Every. Single. Time. In addition, lots of expired food items are on their shelves. My most recent trip I found expired (as in a few days old) ground turkey, and peanut butter with an expiration from last year. We've started going to the Lee Branch location, which typically will have the items in stock and expired goods seem to be less of an issue.
