Horrible store today i was there to get my act pin to switch service the representative named Juan who assisted me took my name date of birth and driver's license number and yelled out loud in the store full of customers. I asked shouldn't he talk softer when verifying my info he and the other rep proceeded to tell me that they had to do it this way or they couldn't assist meI called the metro 1800 number to find out that he didn't need to verify my driver's license number. She believes that he was sharing my info with someone in the store. I wouldn't recommend this store they are in to fraud

So much double talk at Metro on both cellphone prices and plans. I have visited 2 stores this past week. Inconsistent statements at both locations. Customer Service is not much help, either.

Can I tell you how difficult it is to impress me with amazing service??There are some beautiful people in this world.Metro!!! (Yeraldin & Lyndsay)Having a difficult day... Not happy to drive any extra miles.... But boy am I glad I did.This location of Metro: clean! bright! friendly! [weird led lights: no biggie]Did I mention super courteous ladies?Rarely will hear me say "take my money"... But I would have paid triple tonight. That's how impressive the service was.Do I have any complaints?1) Well, they saved me money on my purchase and service without asking permission??What the ham sandwich!2) Well, they did remind me that I had plenty of time to drive, activate, and make my decision. Not to worry, they said they were (and they proved it) there for me.What the deuce!Wait. You are both extremely friendly, courteous, knowledgeable of the products and promotions, but most of all.... They were both very kind to me.And in this world... That's a rare gem.(Mr. Metro, these ladies deserve a raise. You don't know how much we appreciate them!)

My experience was very bad this last time I visited this store I bought two cell phones and one did not have a charger so I had to buy one in the same store at a cost of more than 30 dollars which did not work for me I returned to the store and its The answer was we can't give you your money because we don't know what day the manager will be there.
I told them that then they will change it and they asked me for the receipt because they needed it because they were making a return and the new charger again did not work for me so I no longer had proof to return to the store so I do not recommend this store.

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out of the store with exactly what I needed in a very short time!

My phone (new) keeps dropping calls.i have never had this problem before. It is quiet annoying.i have been back to the store......keeps happening.

I usually have an okay experience in this store, but last week was different. I went in to solve an issue with my phones. The associate told me that he couldn't fix it, that there was nothing he could do. I took my phones to the Fultondale location and the issue was fixed with no hesitation or problems (Yurist contacted customer service for me). If the associate didn't know how or didn't want to help, he shouldn't have this job. I was very disappointed with this location on this visit.

I am only giving one star bc that's the only choice. First of all, I've been with Metro PCS for a decade. I've never complained about a thing. I got a new phone from here 2 weeks ago with a screen protector. The screen protector was put on by a very nice associate. Unfortunately the screen protector started coming off within a week. I went back to the store to get a refund and was told by the associate Sulema someone must have been forcing it off. Why would I pay money just to pull it off to come up there and complain about a $25 screen protector with 3 kids in a rain storm. If you go to this store, do not let her help you, she will question your integrity without even looking into your long track record with the company and do it in front of associates, other customers and your children.
