After trying to file my taxes on my own and failing I decided to set up an appointment with someone who knew what they were doing. I set an appointment online with Jackson Hewitt. I’ve never filed with them but have heard great things. Once I arrived I was greeted by Dominique. She explained what I needed to do and proceeded to do my taxes. She’s professional, nice, and pretty funny. Taxes were done in 30min! I recommend this location and also seeing Dominique for you tax assistance!

Great location for tax preparation. Been filing with them for fours years and the associates are always great. This year, Dominique was no exception. Friendly, professional, clear, knowledgeable and courteous. All around great experience today.

By far the best customer service experience I've had. Dominique was so professional and beyond helpful. She broke down information I was confused on due to the pandemic and what she didn't know she called to verify. When I say I'm getting back more than expected I feel blessed to have worked with Dominique at the Hoover Jackson Hewitt and will only go to that location from here on. Thank you Dominique

It's sadThat I have to call other Jackson Hewitt'sBecause this Jackson Hewitt claims they're always busy my fiancee filed her taxes Feb 8this and got hers back before me and I filed Jan 15 and still ain't seen anything, so I'm trying to call and get information about my refund and I have to call other Jackson Hewitt's in order to get an answer, and I know it depends on the government and meta bank, but when he signed me up for my advancement loan he made sure that go pushed, threw, now when I'm trying to get answer and results they refuse to answer that phone...and dew to that fact I'm going through all this bull, I will no longer file for Jackson hewitt, I gave u guys well enough more credit and now all of a sudden I can't even here from my branch,

I had an appointment today at 11 am. Showed up on time and waited 30 minutes. No one showed up. Left and went to H&R Block. Taxes were done in 25 minutes. Also, H&R Block was much, much more Covid-19 safe!! Will never go back to JH!! Very unprofessional!!
