I wish that I never sat down b/c I knew better. Jessica had a bad attitude from the beginning, she was condescending, banging things around, and slamming my head with the clippers. I would have been better off trying to taper my hair backwards in the mirror. Horrible haircut. WILL NEVER GO BACK! Jessica you win, you didn’t want me there to begin with and now I will never go back. Why did you even go to work?

Nice folks working there. Kelly cut my hair and did a great job, very friendly. (I think she's not a regular but floats across stores).Business model doesn't have appointments, their intent is you don't need one. This location never seems to be busy.

Probably the worst haircut I’ve gotten in history. Asked for a trim and thinning, I got uneven layers and a full cut. I wasn’t shown the back until I had gotten home. Never in my life have I gotten this bad of a result from greatclips. I could have done better with my own scissors and my money. If I wanted a 10 year old with unsupervised vision, I would have gone to a preschool rather. Saying they had “17 years of experience” I had to go pay $60 at a salon just to get this fixed. Should have brought the bill to them. Couldn’t tell ya how the others are. But this lady, I wouldn’t do it.Service: Haircut
