Rude (Brown hair medium height and wears glass) The Mangers and the young Man that was working at the register. Me and Another customer walked in at the same time. I walked in first . The manager skipped right over Me and went to the Man and ask him did he need help with anything. Both of the workers didn’t not acknowledge either one of us when we walked in. Sad I won’t be returning to this Gmc customer service is bad

I've gone to this GNC a few times. Each time the employees stood at the desk played on his phone barely even looked up. I was also disappointed with their lack of supplements and would not recommend this GNC.

It is 12:49 PM. It says on the website the store should be open, and in the door there is a sign it says the store should be open until 9PM, but I don’t know why the store is closed. Very disappointed. I feel like they don’t care about the business. And I am willing and ready to take this franchise from them please let me know if the company is interested. I will at least treat the customers with respect and be on time to serve my customers.

I have never had a bad experience. When I walk in I am always greeted enthusiastically by Austin. He seemed genuinely interested in helping me get my life back on track and not like he was just trying to sell me on a product, he and his staff have always been very honest on what works and what doesn’t. When I first started my weight loss journey Austin told me about how he himself was severely overweight, then he walked me all the way through my weight loss journey and helped me start to live an active lifestyle. He took the time to teach me all about what diet would best benefit me even after I had already checked out. The GNC staff at Hoover have been nothing but helpful, informative, and pleasant. I always feel safe coming back.

Austin was awesome, helped me the last couple times I came through. Very friendly and relatable, and knowledgeable about the products. Amazing customer service, it was the right choice to make him manager! Will be back eventually for more vitamins :)

I love this GNC! Austin has helped me with picking out products the last few time I have gone, and he is an awesome employee! Very knowledgeable about the products and very helpful.

Austin was rude, and dismissive. Not how a manager should act towards customers. It felt like he wasn’t interested in what I was asking. He kept walking off every time I asked him a question.

I’m quite appalled at the lack of knowledgeable or helpful customer service this place has provided for me. I was helped by a man named Austin and throughout the whole conversation he continually fat shamed me and didn’t seem to have any actual information about products only personal judgements.

Austin is the worst employee, fat shamed my friend and belittled her as if she was less then him. I don't suggest buying supplements here if the manager fat shames you.

When I walked this establishment I thought it was going to be a quick trip well was I wrong Austin helped me or did his best to he did not seem very knowledgeable of what he was selling and treated me like I was a less than human making his job harder and didn’t seem very professional while doing so as the customer I felt very unwanted there. As if I was simply just an inconvenience

Store says it opens at 10am. I had to be somewhere at 10:15, got there at 9:55 and waited outside. The lights remained off and door locked, no one in sight come 10am. Waited til 10:05, knocked on the door, ZERO sign of life. They also do not answer their phones. I'll keep my business at Elite Nutrition.
