Received an edible arrangement recently while in the hospital. Not only was it beautiful the fruit was delicious! Will definitely use this location in the future!

I wished I read these reviews before placing my order. My recipient sent me photos of some of the fruit that was NOT fresh in the arrangement. When I called to inform the store, the employee began this long line of defensive posturing BEFORE seeing the photos or having any details. ? I determined that this was a real store issue when she began questioning me as if I don't know what fresh fruit looks like. ?Really? It didn't look like the fruit depicted in the website photos because it was soggy and turning color. My recipient said the fruit was nasty. It was not fresh. And why would you ever, ever, tell a customer with a complaint to call back the next day because the owner/manager isn't in. You take the customer's contact information and have the owner call THEM back - if you really care about your customers and their experience. $100+ essentially swindled ... I will not be ordering from here again.

I placed an order for my baby shower and it was 2 days late arriving. I spent over $100 and didn’t even have the arrangement for my shower. I called the store and spoke to the owner, she would not refund my money. She was rude and told me her delivery driver was new and made a mistake. I will never order from the Hoover AL location again! Their mistake and poor customer service was unacceptable.

Do not order from this store. If you could see the platter we received you would be shocked! It looked horrible! Edible Arrangements go out of their way to make the fruit look good online and then when you get it you have fruit that used to be on skewers with holes in them thrown on the plate, and the amount of fruit they advertise as far as count, is not what you receive. I’m extremely disappointed that a birthday gift could look so horrible!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! While attempting to place an order online I called into the store to confirm delivery for same day right before I processed payment. I was reassured that delivery would be same day and encouraged to enter my email address to keep up with the progression of my order. Well possibly 5 minutes later I get a call stating that unfortunately they were booked out for the day and delivery would have to be tomorrow. Well no can do, the individuals birthday is today, I reiterated that I spoke with a woman not even 5 minutes previous and she confirmed delivery would be for same day! Person on the phone did not care, simply silent & I then requested a full refund. No level of customer service, no apologies, no resolution except for my refund. I will await now to make sure the refund is processed. Never doing business with them again! Just be aware that even if you call you will be lied to! If I could give 0 stars I would!! I will be doing an online survey as well!

Everything about the arrangement was awful didn't have chocolate to put on the pineapples fruit wasn't fresh tried to return it the same day store was close 30 mins early called the next day manager was rude about giving refund had to call and talk to another manager never will I do business with them again should have read the reviews before ordering

They left my gift on my porch for three hours. They had my number and the person who ordered it for me. They did not use either. Just left it to the elements on my birthday. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS EXPERIENCE!!! Also the person Tara was rude and hung up on my friends when she called to ask why it was left out side.

I should have read the reviews before I placed an order. I ordered an arrangement for a coworker while out of town. Came back and the order was never received. I called and spoke to Jaime at the Hoover store who had horrible customer service skills. Pretty much said the arrangement is here somewhere and I should have called sooner.

Poor service! I usually send edible arrangements to my nurses. I called to send multiple arrangements with inadequate answers to questions. I think she may have been distracted, as she told me the other stores were closed and never answered my question. I ended up ordering arrangements from another company. You're losing business....customer service matters : )

I called the store for clarification on some specifics before placing my online order. The staff was friendly as well as helpful in answering my questions. The promo code "pickup 20" wasn't applicable on the cheesecake platter I was interested in. Since it was for my mom , I didn't mind paying $60 for what I felt was a relatively small platter. My order was ready prior to my selected pick up time slot on 05/08/2022. When I arrived, there was another customer already inside and another came as I was checking out. Checkout was quick since I had already finalized everything online. This was my first time actually coming inside a EA location. Very small. I've ordered from here and used delivery in the past. I have also received an EA as a birthday gift. I think we all will agree that EA is overpriced. For sure! I was pleased with my purchase and the overall experience. My mom really enjoyed her Mother's Day gift! And the cheesecake was delicious!
