AlphaGraphics stepped up in a huge way and got the document printed. It turned out beautiful and they helped me meet the emergency deadline. Caroline Baker was extremely helpful and friendly.”

“YOU ARE THE HIGHLIGHT! Im a big fan of stationary stores and gift shops alike. When I was growing up my parents would locate so,e of the best stationary stores and look through the books to find a Christmas card to send out later in the year. We would make this a family ordeal and I would usually tag along to help them decide on the card for the year. Since I moved away from them, this isn't really something that is typically on my to do list. But I do find it exciting and fun to walk inside stationary stores and look around. Definitely feels like a walk down memory lane for me. The woman working in the store gave us a small tour and asked if we needed any assistance. It doesn't seem like a lot of young people come into this store, but we were happy to find it and stop in. The store has a mixture of things from blank stationary, pens, cards and some statues and figurines. Though I told the woman working that I wasn't looking for anything, I was in fact looking for a boxed card set of Christmas cards, though now I am realizing that it might be too early. This shop is super cute. Definitely has some vintage charm. There is an old fashioned typewriter on display, could you imagine if we were still using type writers these days? Wild. I will definitely be coming back a little later in the year to again search for a boxed set of Christmas cards. I guess I like to do things the old fashioned way and still like to write and send cards to people. It's a way of expressing myself.”
“Had an incredible experience last week at UPS with Dallas and Sam.This location is my semi-weekly trip for Amazon returns which is always a smooth and easy process. The group is always friendly and gets folks out in and out as soon as possible.My small business needed to get equipment returned from a remote worker. Not knowing where to start, I reviewed options with Dallas for how to best send out and receive packaging to my employee in California. After carefully constructing the box and plan, the cost ended up, unfortunately, not being worth it. Still, with a customer service smile and attitude, we looked at alternative options and decided the laptop return was all we really needed. We carefully reviewed the instructions and sent the package on its way. All in all, i felt so bad that I took so much of his time, but he wanted to ensure I had an excellent experience and got my package and questions completed/answered. Thank you all so much for your friendliness and patience.”

“I was in a situation where my package kept getting rejected. They could have easily told me to call customer service cause they’re a franchise and they have nothing to do with it…. And I can’t speak for all the other workers in there, but the lady with the turquoise hair went above and beyond to resolve my issue and relive the stress that was brewing! She was very clear on what she could and could not do. She was very professional. The way she handled my situation and took initiative, gained my respect! 10/10 highly recommend!”
