We just moved to the area and asked around on who the best propane company was in the area. Tri-State Propane was recommended by everyone we asked. We were not disappointed. Service was amazing and the folks there were very responsive to questions.

We have used Tri State for a number of years and have been consistently satisfied with the service. Shirley at the Ider office is a treasure! She is professional, organized, and on top of everything....she has sorted out any issue or question I have ever had regarding our propane purchases and delivery. Wayne, the delivery driver is great too.....always so nice.

As a driver for this office, I try to give the best service possible. My customers are the most important part of my job. If they are taken care of the right way, I won’t have any customers. Therefore customer satisfaction is my main goal.

I've been with this company since 2009. I've always got my gas when ordering. I wouldn't use any other Company. Shirley is very understanding and easy to work with. She makes sure my gas is delivered. Wayne Couch is my service and delivery man. He always makes sure my tank is up to date and if anything goes out on it he fixes it. Always delivers my gas when I need it. He's one in a million!

We at BAMA BOYS BBQ have used TriState for our Propane since we Opened. I know there has been hiccups thru Covid-19, labor shortage, etc but Shirley & the drivers has always delivered.

Delivery guys are always very nice but trying to call the office or corporate to handle anything at all is a nightmare. They never answer the phone it rings a hundred times then a message comes on and says to visit online. NOT EVERYONE DOES ONLINE!!

A lot of people think that ordering propane from any company ensures they will get a delivery the next day or within 5 or 6 days. Read their information closely. Whether it is UPG, Amerigas, Ferragamo, Suburban or any other supplier, they will state that your delivery will be within 10 days or more. Every tank has a guage and the homeowner is supposed to monitor that gauge if you are a will call customer. I wonder if the same people that expect immediate delivery run out of gas in their vehicle and then blame the gas station for running out. Be smart. In the winter when propane is peak season, don't wait until very cold weather is days away to look at your tank level, then expect immediate service from any supplier because you were the failure.As to companies not wanting to deliver because your tank is not located where a hose can reach while the truck is on the driveway, I wouldn't blame any company that refuses to deliver. Time is lost plus the company is liable to property damage.
