I'm normally not one to post 1 star reviews on any business. I understand people have there days but after multiples accusations we had not receive the greatest of customer service. My brother had gone to this establishment and saw an advertisement for a juul. Well when he purchased it, he noticed the price was more than advertised. He mentioned it to the cashier that was working and the cashier instantly saw the problem and went to his manager to have her help him refund the amount or just even pay the difference. Well...when the manager, Ms. Kim, comes to the front to help you can clearly tell that she's unhappy and does not have a the best of attitude. She said is the most disgusting rude voice "I'm not gonna issue you a refund" and continue to argue with him until she finally said, "Just give him a refund so he can get out of here". My brother told the manager and cashier that he only wanted the difference from what he paid, than what was advertised and the actual Juul that he wanted. After he left the store the manager followed him outside, to rip up the advertisement that was displayed. Well, A few days later my brother goes back to the same gas station. He went to get him a red bull and noticed they had a sale and decided it was cheaper to get the sale than just the one. The same manager, Ms. Kim, was there. He placed his items on the counter and noticed that she had wrung the red bulls up wrong. He pointed this out to her, and she preceded to argue with him. Stating that she didn't not wring anything up wrong and he was mistaken. After showing her the advertisement sale displayed and his receipt she finally conceded. A few days past, He goes back by the same gas station, given this gas station is the closet one to his house, now if it wasn't so close he definitely wouldn't have gone back after the second altercation. He went inside to get him 2 Red Bull's. He set his stuff on the counter and the cashier that was working there, was again the famously rude manager, Ms.Kim. She sneered at him "So, I hurd you had been talking about me" He then replied, "Well, yes because you have given horrid customer service" She grabs his things and refuses his service and tells him "you can go purchase your items elsewhere, and to not come back" My brother had not once been ill or rude towards this woman at all. But every in counter with her, she has had retched and disgusting customer service towards him. For a lady in her older 50s, you would assume that she would act like a grown adult and not a 5 year old. So, be prepared when purchasing anything from this establishment while Ms. Kim is working there. Unless you want to deal bad attitudes and rude, disgusting behavior. A formal complaint has been given to higher management and we will definitely not be going back until some changes have been made.
