I had.some meds ordered on emergency need, called in more than an hour ago, and the little witch literally told me they won't fill then until tomorrow bc she was going to have to do some extra work, as in open the box from the truck. Literally her words. F this walgreens and f the lady on the phone. I actually hope you do have an emergency and someone does you like that. Disgusting.

Literally got hung up on while trying to talk to pharmacy. Called back and the same girl zabria or whatever she said her name was had the audacity to inform me that she was too busy to take care of me. How can you operate a business like this when people's lives depend on medication? This place needs a major overhauling.

I waited one hour for a flu shot. I have no idea what was wrong. At one point I did ask because I thought they forgot me. I was told there was some mixup. The check out cashiers are always very nice no problem there

People at this pharmacy are mean and straight out rude. They do not like their jobs nor want to be here. 10/30 evening. 3 back there talking laughing and then when the 2 men in line in front of me they all 3 were just nasty for no reason at all. Honestly I needed my rx or I would have walked. Find new jobs lady’s. Stop blaming people for asking for their prescriptions so you don’t have to work.

Lazy and unhelpful. My 2 days postpartum wife was denied pain medication for her c-section because another inactive insurance showed up, and we were told we were not able to pay cash for the medications or they could get audited and she could lose her Medicaid. None of that is true; the prescription was filled across the street no problem. Lies and laziness. Go to CVS, it’s across the street

Waited on hold even after speaking to someone for almost an hour. 3 hours left till closing and they said they can't promise it will be ready today. The absolute worst customer service. The online voice system wouldn't fill prescription either. Multiple attempts on different phones to get through.

This has to be one of the worst run pharmacies. Very consistently poor,slow, inefficient, rude, or a combination of them all. Just look at all the low ratings. Moving all rx.

I was pretty disappointe. i kept hearing you guys talk about how bad the customer was and even the manager was and they were also talking about it to their customer.... I was there to get my flu shot which I never got. I waited 30 minutes and reminded them about it and they were very rude. So disappointed...

pharmacy issue but itd take too much room to go into detail about my issues with this place, but i definitely see why theyre rated so low. issue after issue, and all walgreens customer service does is loop you back to the store. nothing but excuses and them twisting my words.
