Really down to earth atmosphere and reasonable prices

The saying “You get what you pay for” truly lives up to its meaning with College Tire in Hanceville. Not only did they screw up our truck and give us the wrong tires, when we went back to have the mistake corrected the next day they were horribly rude. Saying we had to come up with the money for the new tires or go somewhere else but yet wouldn’t refund us what we paid. So they’ve already disposed of our old tires, took the tires we bought that didn’t fit and I guess expect us to ride on rims somewhere else to find the right tires. Finally after arguing for 30 minutes, the tires we needed magically appeared in the warehouse and they just have to go get them.
I don’t care how bad I need tires or what kind of emergency it is, next time we will get them somewhere else. I know losing one customer in a town that praises this places doesn’t really effect them in any way, I just hope that they eventually learn some integrity or get some people in there with manners. It was completely unnecessary to talk to us the way they did for a mistake that they made.

I have given this place numerous chances and I will not go back. I gave them the size of my tires multiple times and they still ordered the wrong ones and then tried to blame me. Another time they lost my center cap. This last time, they didn't put my valve stem covers all the way on to where they were barely on and then they left my keys on top of my car on my windshield wipers instead of in the car where they said they were and the manager is the one that did that. Go there at your own risk, just remember you get what you pay for
