Carmen (Karen with the botched bob) is a nasty smart mouth homogenous witch! They're mad because I wasn't buying a phone and only wanted a sim card

I wont step foot back in this store! I would go to anywhere but this Verizon store to buy a phone on the Verizon network. I bought a phone online there was an online only deal and the fastest way for me to get it was to pick up locally so I picked up at my guntersville store. I have set up many of phones never had an issue where I couldn't set up my own new phone. I called Verizon many times and they couldn't figure out why my device would not activate so I took it back up to where I got it and immediately she tried to charge me a lot of money to get the device activated when it was their fault that it wouldn't activate. This made me so mad I tried to give the phone back and she was going to charge me a lot of money to cancel the order. I didn't even place the order with her at this store I placed it online. When I told the Verizon people that were trying to help me over the phone they were shocked that she did this. As was I. Reminded me of the old Verizon that charged you for everything and entrapped people into spending money just to use their phone. Seems like they got sued for this exact thing that she did to me. I'm going to tell you the Verizon people that I talk to over the phone they went above and beyond they did everything they could for me and I was so appreciative of them but not the blonde in guntersville! She was mad that she didn't get to make a dollar off of me but had to hand me a phone so I'm pretty sure she sabotaged my order and what had happened is one of my SIM slots was not activated and the slim slot that was activated was activated as a virtual SIM but it had a real SIM in that slot. That way I would have to take it up there to him to get it set up and have to pay $60 for their mistake their mistake their mistake that is and still tried to charge me! Bad business

They were very helpful. Messes up the first time but gladly fixed our phones when I took them back.

Avoid this store. Bearded young fella that isn't personable adding and removing things to your account without your knowledge. Kid was only trying to sell the most so his commission gives him more. As a young person myself I know these gimmicks and now my account has additional protection plans that I did not ask for and things removed from my previous plan that were included. Do yourself a favor and if you see him just get in the car and leave.

Staff have no clue what they are talking about. They were very rude to several customers inside the store. No manager on duty and the wait time was unacceptable. They told one customer to go to AT&T.

An hour and a half wait for the Verizon staff to get on the phone for another 45 min. Their own partner is not picking up and they have no way of reaching them.

They’re a “corporate store” but can transfer an existing line to a new account? Staff are not knowledgeable or helpful in the least.

Was greeted by short haired blonde with horrible attitude problem. Verizon offers ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. It is pass the buck. I asked what's with the attitude and her response is I ain't got no attitude I'm good over here. Well I'm good going somewhere else. Customer service is not your priority and you don't care about customers period.

I was told by a friend to not go to the Guntersville store. They were right. We were walk-ins, and didn't know you could make an appointment. Several people ahead of us were appointments, but they helped some walk-ins while the appointments waited. Finally one of the appointments and one of the walk-ins had had enough and walked out. We followed them out, and we drove to Huntsville. We were very satisfied with the store in Huntsville.
