I had a great experience with the service I needed for my laptop. I recommend 100%, very professional, promptly answered questions, stayed in contact with me, and friendly too. Wendy was particularly nice and in my case I was able to get my laptop back quickly and their service is a good cost for great service.

When my hard drive crashed on my MacBook Air, Tech Solutions was wonderful to work with. Wendy did an amazing job getting the right replacement ordered and installed. Everything was reloaded from my back up and I was back up and running. Their turnaround time was good and their costs reasonable. I would use them again, highly recommended.

As often happens when someone seeks tech help, my outreach to Tech Solutions LLC in Gulf Shores occurred because I was in a bind. My computer and devices are my everything - a significant part of my livelihood as a local Gulf Coast Realtor - and I'm always plugged in and on call. I am exceedingly cautious with my online activity. Still, I believed I *might* have had a near-brush with something potentially unsafe, so I felt it was vital to verify 100% that I had not been exposed to anything yucky. I rushed to Tech Solutions' aid.The moment I walked in, the team's "bedside manner" was instantly soothing. After a few questions and scans, I realized I had overreacted. They showed me why I was entirely safe and secure and sent me on my way with a smile. I know this was ultimately a minor thing, but it was a huge comfort to have a local team of experts available like this, and at a location where I could physically walk in and bring my devices to be looked over by intelligent and friendly human beings. I was grateful for the assurance and am confident that I will be in good hands should I ever need any support, IT, or tech consultation services in the future. Thank you!!!

Called from Richmond VA for assistance with a family member's equipment. Matt was very helpful in assessing the likely issues over the phone. 5 starts for professionalism, patience, flexibility and availability to coordinate the diagnostic and repair on our family member's equipment. Matt was courteous and provided insight and instruction to our family member while they were on site and made himself available to share his findings with us remotely following their visit. Their fees were easy to understand and reasonable. Thank you for a great experience!

I rarely write google reviews, but man oh man are these guys worthy of one. My MacBook Pro decided to go dark hours before a crucial deadline for work and they dropped everything to save the day. Not only did they solve the issue- but they had me up and running within an hour. They did their due diligence and provided me with a quick fix to meet my deadline and a permanent solution for the larger problem. These guys put people first and I’m beyond thankful. Will not be driving hours to a Genius Bar ever again ? APPRECIATE YOU GUYS!!!! Oh, and it’s worth mentioning they also fixed a PlayStation, fixed a phone, and helped me computer shop while I waited? These guys truly do it all.

Came down here to Gulf Shores on vacation and the first thing we do is drop my wife’s laptop on the cement, on the corner of the laptop. Really, major damage in that the machine could not be turned on. The start button was damaged to the point we will eventually need to get the motherboard changed out. HOWEVER, they “jumped started” the laptop where the machine will come on and we can put it in “sleep” mode…forever! They were a real life saver of our laptop, and charged only $75. These guys are REALLY good techs, and more than fair in regards to price. Honest, good, smart people here.
