I just met these folks, they are all super nice. I was so stressed out trying to get my medicine filled today, my normal pharmacy was out. I called 4 different pharmacies to try to get it moved, and they were ALL rude except for Island Drug. If It wasn't a 30-35 minute drive away from my home, I would defintalety use this pharmacy exclusively.

Excellent customer service! On vacation and had to have a forgotten compounded prescription transferred and filled. Very pleasant to deal with and had my script ready the same day. This would be my pharmacy if I lived in the area! And they followed up with a thank you phone call for my business a couple of days later. Top notch!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the super nice and personable young woman working last night 5/12 right before closing. I apologize for not remembering her name but she was so nice even offering me the convenience of cash apping her money and she'd pay my bill after I forgot my cards at home!! Thank you!!

Friendliest folks ever!Never have had any issues or problems here.Courteous, and pretty quick getting prescriptions filled.I absolutely love all of the goodies/gifts/treats that are all around inside the store to browse while waiting.Quality, unique ?

I've heard this place is notorious for not giving you the full amount of painkillers. Before we even used them, we were told from a neighbor how they run a shady operation and that he always had to count every pill before he walked out the pharmacy door, becuase for some reason the pharmacists can't correctly count to 14 for two weeks worth of painkillers. We found out the hard way when my husband was prescribed post-surgery pain medication. He left the store and discovered when he got home that they had shafted him the full amount of painkillers he needed for his pain. About a year later, I had my own personal experience with these effers when I was prescribed medication for my pain. Yep, you guessed it, they left out several painkillers from my prescription, too. I'm never using a Mom & Pop operation ever again. You can't trust 'em, at least these a-holes.

They were super helpful when my regular pharmacy was out of the drug I needed. I will always use this “personal touch” Mom& Pop cute little pharmacy as a back up over big chain pharmacies that could care less about who the person they’re dealing with.

Last of a dying breed! Great Mom and Pop shop. There is also a jewelry counter located inside. The wait times are a breeze especially compared to large chain stores you wont be disappointed the staff is wonderful the pharmacist's are very nice knowledgeable and willing to take the time to help you when needed. I will always use island when iam in the area as long as they are in buisness!?
