The mornings here are such a blessing. The beaches are very clean and accessible.

Great beach and pavilion area. Nice and clean, wasn't too crowded, and parking was $10 for a full day, which is nice. Park employees and life guards drove by periodically, so we felt pretty safe. We even managed to see three bald eagles flying while we were there! Plus plenty of shore birds.

About Gulf State Park Pavillion
Gulf State Park's Beach Pavilion is a great place for you and your family to enjoy a day at the beach! This facility is equipped with a seasonal concession stand, climate-controlled bathrooms with showers, accessible ramps, and picnic tables. The facility is open for public use during normal operating hours. The beach pavilion can also be reserved for special events, such as wedding receptions and family reunions.
