Thank goodness for this place. Was able to avoid a trip to Birmingham, and my phone works great now! Replaced screen on my Google Pixel. He was very informative, communicative, and professional. Will def go back for any cell repair needs in the future.

Great place for cellphone repair. If the parts are there or can be shipped overnight, the repairs are done very quickly.

Free diagnosis.Was unable to fix my complicated issue / required sauter .Though ive always brought any of my phones and other items here for a quick and affordable fix .He's replaced phone screens many times for myself and my family throughout the years and always good work .He's replaced speakers on my other phone .Great service .

I took my phone to get the back if it replaced as it was shattered. I paid $150 to have the part ordered, and was told to paid another $150 after it was fixed. They ordered the part and told me they would call when it came. I brought my phone to tell them once they called and they told me to come back at the end the day and my phone would be fixed. I returned and was told that my phone was not fixed and that suddenly there was a bigger problem than the cracked back and that my phone was dangerously overheating. I was told they would need another day to take it apart and see if the problem was with the chip in my phone or if it was a faulty part. I was told to return the next day around lunch and they would have an answer. I returned and was given my phone with the old cracked back on it and still had the overheating problem. When I dropped this phone off with them the ONLY issue was the cracked back. I asked if I could get the $150 that I already paid back, because the part was not used and no service was provided. They refused and said they could only offer me $12 since i paid $12 more dollars than the part was worth. I asked to have the part instead so I could resell online. They did let me leave with the part, however I still feel as if i was scammed as I left with a phone that was more broken than before and with $150 dollars less than before I entered this store. I was never once warned that it may not be able to be fixed. I was never given any type of receipt. I was never issued an apology. I paid for a service I did not receive. This is not how a business should be run, and the worst customer service I have received at any store. I have talked with several people, who said they have been in a similar situation with this store where they paid for their phone to be fixed, and received a more broken phone and no refund. This business is a scam and should be shut down, as they can't fix phones or treat customers well at all.

They stole $228 from me and they did not repair my phone... irresponsible as possible, they asked me for an advance of $228 out of a total of $457... now they are telling me that they are not going to fix it but they will not return my money either. Thieves
