The staff here is top of the line. They go out of their way to be as pleasant and helpful as they can, given the sometimes crazy contraints of health care.
Mckayla and Lynn are the kindest and most helpful people I have dealt with at a pharmacy. I think we ALL can agree that when you are sick and not feeling well the last thing you need is someone who treats you like you are bothering them. Thank you ladies for being so kind and helpful!

I hope you never have to return anything because they gave you the wrong item. They will argue with you about what was said also. I used to use them all the time but won't any longer.

Rude for absolutely no reason! Almost every time we go there which is once a month the girls at the window are so rude and short and never even smile at u or anything. After today we have decided to go somewhere else.

One of the employees here is so rude and incompetent. We’ve had the same insurance for years and we were told our card was “expired.” We spoke to HR and Cigna and were told our cards were active and never “expire.” When a representative from Cigna spoke to the woman she said because the company was independent their computer didn’t recognize our insurance. She never told us that. If she had we wouldn’t have spent hours trying to resolve the issue. We’ve had all our prescriptions for over 5 years filled there and at the one on the south end of town with no problems. We will never use the north end because of this lady’s rudeness and incompetence.

Rude. Lady got rude a month or so ago telling me my Lunesta wasn't there and made me feel like I'm some drug addict when in fact I have autoimmune disease and it causes sleep issues. So some guy gets on the phone and says "oh we were searching it my generic name name not the brand it's there." Why would you search it under generic first when my doctor wrote the prescription faxed to them for Lunesta not the generic name. And again my prescription supposedly ain't there and the lady was rude about it. For an allergy pill by all means no sense in rudeness and they could've told me on the phone when i called before I wasted my gas to go there. I will not use this pharmacy ever again!!
