“So happy I found this spot.
First Tamika & Richard are absolutely amazing.
I went last minute bc I had a puncture & needed a new tire. They got me right and fast.
Lovely personalities and super approachable energy while waiting.
Mrs. Tamika took very good care of me, and even did her best to price match my new tire with what I already had.
They replaced, rotated, & balanced my tires even at the last minute not too long before closing. Bc i was traveling the next day or so and was pressed.
Shortly I returned bc my truck had been leaking & knocking which increased over time (which i forgot to have them check out the first visit bc i just was focused on my tire) they ran a diagnostic & found my sway bar & front end struts needed work & oil was leaking.
I left my truck bc the parts were to arrive the next morning. Richard even dropped me off at home. They got me right, and done around 12pm the following day.
My baby driving like she’s brand new (used 2004 rx330) no lights on, no knocking, no swaying, and for a fair price. ✅
The owner Mr. Thomas is really nice guy.
They have my business going forward. They are all amazing humans and they get the job done…fairly & reasonably.”

“This isn’t my first time going to the Express Oil Change Service Center in Forestdale. Since relocating to this area 1-1/2 years ago, they have performed all services on my 2023 Maxima, including all filters, tire rotations, wiper blades, you name it. I travel a lot and have around 67,000 miles on the car already so they’ve seen my mug quite a bit. Stephen always takes good care of me and advises me of recommended current and future maintenance. It’s a good house and I’ll keep coming back.”

I really like that the mechanics take pictures of your car so you can see what is wrong when they find another problem that you did not know about/originally address. I definitely will be back. They fixed my Audi when I had no idea what was going on with it, but they investigated into my concerns about my truck & found the source of the problem. “I cannot say enough good things about my experience today with Southern Rubber Tire. They were knowledgable and professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto services.
I came in to get 2 tires replaced as they were showing concerning visible wear and tear. I also had them inspect my other two tires as I had been told by Mavis earlier this morning that they were dangerous to drive on and also needed to be replaced.
Despite having the opportunity to upsell me on tires I didn't need, Mike, conducted a thorough inspection of my tires and informed me that the damage was purely cosmetic and that my tires were perfectly safe to drive on. As for the other two, he said that while they were old, that the tread was "like new" and and the tires were also safe.
What truly set this experience apart was Mike's approach; he offered advice as if it were for his own vehicle, focusing solely on what was necessary and best for me. His honesty is commendable.
I am immensely grateful for the respectful and courteous service I received and when my tires do eventually need replacing, I will be returning to Southern Rubber Tire.
They also kindly checked my sister's tires, who had followed me to give me a ride, and while they are close to being in need of replacing, they told her that she probably had 5-10K miles left and that it wasn't urgent.

“Haven't bought tires from them yet, but certainly will when I need them. Was getting a signal that the pressure was off in the front tires of my Mercedes 300GLC. Stopped in late in the day after work, and they were incredibly nice, helpful and welcoming. Even telling me it would be happening again when the weather got cold and to just stop by, and they'd top them up anytime. That's an old-fashioned kind of service that I've grown unused to. Good for you!”

A few years ago one of the big chain shop was trying to charge me >$600 for wheel alignment because some part was jammed and they wanted me to replace the part. I took the car to Lee Rogers and they just unfroze the part and did not have to replace the part at all. I have been going here ever since. Mark and Steven are excellent.”
