Dr. Cheung is a professional and caring doctor. He is willing to address your concerns and help find solutions. The staff is very curtious.

So far, This review is based on one phone call to change primary Physicians. I called and had the pleasure of getting Ms. Patricia on the phone. May I just say, this 1st time experience, speaking with her, her knowledge, her patience AND her eagerness to HELP a new patient get and find exactly what they need from everyone involved was the absolute most excellent customer service I have experience in a very, very long time!!!I would like to thank Patricia wholeheartedly and hope that I get to meet her when I do finally have my appointment she is a blessing and an asset to this establishment!!!Looking forward to the appt!!

NP Debbie Davis was recommended to us by two nurses who are her patients. The fact that other nurses go to her is testimony of her level of care. She specializes in hormone-replacement therapy (HRT) for men and women. There is even a Lister Lab for tests and a compounding pharmacy, Pure Life, conveniently located in the same building. Debbie is not only attentive at ordering labs, diagnostics and referrals but also astute at reviewing results in order to adjust medication and treatment. We love seeing her beautiful face and genuine smile. Oftentimes they get us back late, yet while many doctors and nurses commonly seem to have one foot out the door during OV's, Debbie takes time to discuss cares and concerns with her patients. She does all this while carrying herself with a Christian attitude of positivity, compassion, and expertise. Dr. Cheung is friendly, too. Best of all, we get responses when we need to use their on-line message system.

Absolutely love Debbie Davis. She takes the time to sit down with you and really talk about any cares or concerns you may have. The office staff has been very efficient and helpful. Love, love this office.

I liked going to Dr. Cheung at first. After several visits,where I knew I had to lose some weight, go to weight watchers he would tell me.He was uninterested in what I was eating and acted like he could care less. My last visit he told me to go to planet fitness. I told him I could not get on the stationary bikes there because of my hip and back,I have spinal stenosis amoung other problems,he told me he didn't think so and basically told me I was lieing that I could not get on the bikes. I told him I bought a floor bike but that still was not good enough. So that was my last visit.

This is the absolute worst doctor's office I have ever been to. From the staff to the doctors. Basically, if you want you or your oved one to die, take them here.

I took my Mom, Step-dad and Uncle here and the staff are competent and very friendly. Dr Cheung is very thorough and understanding and personable. My family are in good hands.

Have been coming here over 2 years as each dr we got when moving here left their practice..so finally found one we hope will not be leaving..I feel we get great care here Debbie Davis knows her stuff..she has found things I didnt even know I had lol..sometimes it gets so busy tho u end up waiting an hour or more but I think that's due to more people moving to Foley..

The physicians, nurses & support staff are Wonderful, caring, professional!I recommend this practice highly.Debbie Davis is our provider and she is great!We were referred by a friend & we are so happy to be in her professional medical care!When my husband was ill & needed an ill call appointment, the front desk worked him in & he was seen by Dr. Cheung. We were grateful & Dr Cheung was wonderful in diagnosing and treating my husband. If you are in need of great medical professionals, you will find them here!

Nurse Practitioner Valerie is absolutely marvelous! She is concerned and caring and will talk to you about anything and everything you have going on. She doesn’t make you feel rushed and asks you questions about your general health not just the immediate reason for your appointment. I always feel like she really cares about you and your health. I have recommended her to several of my friends. Love her!!

This place is horrible. They are completely disorganized and do not return phone calls or respond to their on-line message system. I am completely fed up and will be finding a new doctor. My life depends on finding a better place to go.

Although Debbie Davis is wonderful, the staff is horrible!! They are incompetent, never answer calls/messages left, they mess up orders and paperwork and you have to follow up on everything!! Not worth going when there are so many other doctors with great staff to choose from.

I don't have the luxury of having insurance. I'm self pay, and have always paid my bill in full on time. I went in to see the doctor and the staff said that a self pay appointment had gone up from $80.00 to $120.00. I'll find a doctor that is more concerned about helping people than getting rich. NO THANKS!
