A while ago I went to look for a SIM card for a new phone, the woman who works there was very rude when I asked her if she could test if the card worked with my phone, she told me that she didn't care Someone like her should not work serving clients.

They charge you for stuff and fail to mention they are making you pay for it! Then make it seem like you got the items for free!! I had to ask for a receipt because they didn’t want to print me one off like a business normally would!!

WHENT TO CHANGE COMPANYS., AND GET THE FREE PHONE. DID NOT GET ANYTHING. THEY TRYED TO SALE ME A PHONE, DID NOT EVEN TALK ABOUT A PLAN.SHE ACTED LIKE SHE DID NOT REALLY HAVE TIME TO EVEN WAIT ON ME.. I'M NOT VERY HAPPY ABOUT THS SERVICE.

Very bad service, I grabbed a phone and just got home and they didn't accept my fingerprint or password and I came back the next day to have them help me and they didn't want to help me nor did they change my phone number or the money. I don't recommend this store at all. They don't even speak Spanish
