Staff was friendly, and prices are competitive. Only negative for me was hard to walk around the different rooms as furniture and mattress were stacked everywhere.

We purchased our Pollywood patio furniture fromDirect about two years ago. We had a problem recently with 3 pieces. Called them they took all the information and requested pictures.. All was provided..They sent everything to the manufacturer who replaced the problem piece. Direct contacted me (Susan) several times following up to make sure everything was satisfactory.
