I was on vacation in this lovely town when my cell phone (Iphone) fell from my condo :/. I really didn’t want to buy a new phone considered how much money i spent on this trip and needed a quick solution. Insert this friendly place and i got my phone fixed in a jiffy. :3 price is more than fair and the enthusiasm from the employees was so nice. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Do not shop here for accessories. The guy will lie and tell you that a case will fit a tablet and if it doesn't you can bring it back. But they don't honor their word. Husband tried to return the case bc it was a 10 inch tablet case and our tablet is an 8 inch. The guy at the store said he believed the case was used which isn't even physically possible. He wanted to see our tablet. My husband even had the receipt and the case was still in the package. Do yourself a favor and shop at big retailers that have real return policies. Save your time and money. We found what we needed at Fairhope Walmart for a much better case and price. Also we are locals, which is no way to do business.

Brought in 3 iPads that were cracked and left with 3 basically brand new ones. Customer service was amazing aswell.

Workers did a great job repairing my phone and offered the best price. I went to multiple different stores in nearby cities for quotes and ended up driving all the way back to foley to get my screen replaced.

Super unhappy with my Wife and Daughter's experience here in October 2022. They went to get their phone batteries replaced. My wife's seems fine for now, however, my daughters was getting SUPER hot while using it after the battery was replaced. I did some investigating and the battery and display are not genuine parts any longer. I took it to the Apple store today to replace it again out of safety concerns, and apparently this store also replaced my daughters screen and did not tell us??? I guess maybe they broke it and swapped it hoping we wouldn't notice. A 60$ battery expense has now cost me over 300$. Would never recommend anyone with an iPhone to get any work done here.

If your looking for a better option go to Lower Alabama Computer on the intersection of hwy 98 and 59. They will get you sorted. I mean how many times do you have to put on a screen before it works. Do it right the first time so ppl don’t waste their gas going to your establishment.

This place completely lied about the job they would do and completely destroyed my friends device. Do not trust these people with your phone or they will ruin it! Went in with a Note 10+ broken front screen. They told me they'd replace the front screen and frame for $300. A seemingly fair price, considering those parts cost $289 for a consumer repair. This however is not what they did. Not only did they not give us a new front screen or frame (they gave me a different used one), they stole my perfectly good back glass, gave my friend a ruined back glass with cracks in it and literally drew over the cracks with a sharpie to try and hide it. As I removed the sharpie to assess the damage I heard cracking- I then realized there was a visible seam between their ruined back glass and frame. You can fit your fingernail in it. They didn't even put the phone back together properly. There goes any waterproofing at all, camera alignment with the backglass (no focus anymore) and speaker audio. The phone was intended as a graduation gift. These people will return your device in a worse condition from that which it was given to them. They set my device up in a way that it is guaranteed to fall apart, and if you give them your business theyll do the exact same thing to you. There is more they did wrong here as well. They up charged my friend for a case and screen protector they didn't know how to properly install. Clearly visible warbling on the protector. The photos included are of the ruined back glass they gave me and the fingerprint sensor mark that is always visible on their incredibly cheap (for them) front screen protectors.
