Internet Cable is laying down in our yard.
Connected to the power pole. They won’t come put it up because we still have WiFi and it’s not an emergency.
Even though they said they were going to, that was last month.

I live in Madison Alabama. Adam was my technician today to fix my internet and hook up a new TV today. I’m handicapped and can’t do it myself. Adam was fantastic. He spent 2 hours at my home resetting all of my components and getting both my WiFi and TV up and running. I’m so happy. Thank you Adam and thank you Comcast. In addition, the people at Xfinity were very helpful in getting my appointment set up as well.

With the store and the online system. My recommendation is to find anyone possible except this company! I was overcharged and was told they didn’t see it. Finally someone all of a sudden seen I was correct and claimed it would be. I cannot express my disappointment with them.

Do yourself a favor and NEVER do business with this evil company, taking advantage of the elderly, raising prices without notifying, the service you pay for doesnt work half the time. Disgusting company.

Always check your devices when you get home. They issue refurbished routers so you may get one that's not up to par.

Worst company, unreliable service, -7 for customer service. Went in the Florence location to drop some equipment off and was told to have a seat in the back. Waited for over 20 min with workers that couldn’t seem to get their system to work. Most likely because they’re usually their own service!

*** As expected, I have received no refund as I was told and neither does the link provided by the person reviewing this February 29th post even exist. So, my advise, move along. Don’t waste your money, energy, or time on Xfinity.
This is not a review of this store but of Xfinity, corporation. However, I was told by a supervisor on line to go to the nearest store to resolve my issue!! So, the store is the next stop. We’ll see…..
If you’re looking for service with integrity, an abundance of customer service, and a desire to resolve issues - move along. You will be disappointed, have an elevated blood pressure, and be totally frustrated. If you do jump over to Xfinity, screen shot every convo although you can’t use it to substantiate what you’ve been told because they don’t have a “platform” to receive it! Really? How convenient. My advise for what’s it’s worth, don’t do it no matter how good it sounds or what you’re told. Not worth it. Lesson learned.
Update: Apparently, someone with Xfinity read the review. Very helpful, understanding, and reviewed all the screenshots I have. A refund is to be issued by end of March. I’m waiting. I took screenshots of all our conversation also. Still been a hassle.

We are new customers with xfinity. we came to the store in Cox Creek center and picked up our cable boxes and modem. the second cable box did not work, so we had an appointment for them to come to our home to see what the problem was. They never showed up no phone call. No notification. so then they set an appointment for yesterday and was never told that they were not coming because there was an emergency. And every technician had to go to this emergency. so I am sitting outside the xfinity store again. Waiting to see if they're going to open.

If I could give 0 stars I would in a heartbeat. I want to make it very clear that the only reason why I have this service is because they are the only provider where I live. So I try to pay my bill online today. The bill the month after the price of my internet went up $4 and there was a massive data breech in which millions of Comcast customers data was compromised. After fighting with the automated phone assistant which will do any and everything that it can to keep you from talking to an actual person, I got to a person who was still unable to process a payment. Quit being greedy *'s! Charge $80 for phone internet and cable and everyone will have your service. You will make a lot more money, but the margins will be smaller. It's not like you do any work anyway.

Had to return a modem because my service speed was upgraded. It took less than 3 minutes to accomplish. That type of service deserves a commendation, That was my third encounter with the Xfiinity store in that location. Each time the service as been excellent. The times of day I have visited are first customer on a Saturday, mid morning and about 4 pm. Each time it wasn't too crowded. Much more pleasant than waiting at the old Comcast store in the queue.

Always randomly performs maintenance on internet service in my area starting in the morning and continues for half the day or more. Makes it hard to justify the rate they charge me.
