I needed to add a line to existing service and Savanna was extremely helpful. I told her the type of phone I wanted and she presented me with my best option. i was surprised at the low cost of the phone itself and the small amount that the added line will cost monthly. Turns out that the more lines you add, the less each line costs. My previous provider was Tracfone (which has a limited service area and very slow internet search capabilities). I was paying more for that service per month than the additional cost of adding a line to my existing Verizon service.

I was a loyal customer of Verizon wireless for more than 20 years. I called and ask if they could lower my contract to the new customer 25.00 a month plan and was told NO! So I no longer have Verizon wireless. You would think 20 years of prompt payment and loyal relationship would mean Something...

Don't trust what you are told in store about trade in values. When you send trade in to Verizon they give you less than promised and will not explain why. I've done business with Verizon for many years but their lack of integrity will keep me from returning.

Horrible and costly experience. Manager ignored our request for support and was told to activate our phones ourselves, and work directly with online Verizon regarding an error in our refund as they could not understand why there was a mistake and were not able to help. Have purchased phones from this location over the past 8 years. Our recent purchase was 1600.00. Will never go back.
